Ordered a tako limu the lady acted as if she didn’t know what it was. Then gave me a ahi. What’s wrong with people. I said tako poke three times.
Pick this up and head to a picnic table at waikiki beach. Great prices

I ordered 6 burgers and 3 fries and 1 drink. Waited 45 minutes! I told them that I'm still waiting. They brought my order: COLD FRIES, COLD BURGERS AND my drink was LEAKING! HORRIBLE SERVICE and all they said was thank you!

Sorry but for phone orders they are not on top of u called like 20 times still not answer it goes to voicemail but I can't even leave a voicemail cause it said that there voicemail, is full so what's the sense of having a voicemail if that's the case.i am very very disappointed because I was hoping that someone will answer so I can just order my food and just pick it up when my phone order is done..

$60 for four disappointing plates:
- Bland and burnt French toast
- Over-cooked chicken katsu, gluey rice, okay mac salad
- Burnt, gross teri burger with floppy, pale fries
- Old (not fresh) ahi katsu rolls with gluey rice.
The ahi and the burger were scary, the French toast and the chicken katsu were just sad. We survived, but it was risky. I love finding delicious hole-in-the-wall places and I was excited after seeing some reviews, but wow was this disappointing ?
Go across the parking lot to Guieb, everything there is amazing.

This was one of the best meals I had while in Honolulu!! It didn't look like a diner, nor did it look upscale. But, the garlic ribeye, asparagus, salad, and short ribs were delicious, ? upscale, and affordable!! The locals were lined up to order, and everyone was friendly.

If I could give no stars, I would. Drove from Wailua to town, called 26 times - no answer. Got here, no line, fully staffed, called again while watching cashier stare at phone ringing - no answer. Don’t operate if you don’t know what customer service is!

Pork adobo is dry and there’s a bit of gravy on the rice that’s has very strong taste of vinegar.
I ordered pride shrimp also but shrimp is the one you can buy at the grocery stores that’s microwaveable It doesn’t even comes with the rice. Never again!
