This place came highly recommended by my family, and it definitely lived up to the praise. The food was amazing—full of flavor and incredibly satisfying. Indoor seating wasn’t available during our visit, but the weather was nice, so eating outside was still comfortable. What really stands out is the value: the portions are generous, and the prices are more than fair for how much food you get. I usually order takeout, especially when I visit later at night, but the quality of the food never disappoints. It’s absolutely worth it every time.

I’ve been going ever now and then. This time I tried the meatloaf…tasted like chicken …it was mushy the burger .. not like hamburger. A different kind…won’t get it anymore. The shoyu beef is good but need to put more sauce in it for the rice! The hamburgers are good. The ohhh well I hope it’s not changing to cheap cooking!

THIS IS THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THEM TONIGHT!! I always call via phone, So today, (Wednesday) December 10, 2025 from 9:30pm to 10:30pm. called around 9:15pm to Order for pick up. Note: I’m very patient mostly when it comes to food industry because I also work in One, so back to what happen, I came a little early which is probably 9:20pm. As soon as i came all the girls(FOH) are laughing they didnt even notice theres already a line, well I wasnt bother since I have phone order anyways my order might be ready. So they notice us, I payed mines as well as others, if ever my Food is Ready they will give it to me AS SOON AS I PAYED SINCE THATS WHAT THEY ALWAYS DO EVERY-TIME. So since i came early probably is not ready yet so I waited It’s been 9:30 and still not there I guess they’re really busy so I didnt mind, I was waiting by the window where they would put the food and call names so they will see me right away. 9:45pm I was losing my patience. But still waited patiently I didn’t hear them calling my name Until one of the customer ask “how long more??” 9:54pm I texted my partner that its taking so long and this is the first time this happen. (They Will understand the photo since they speak tagalog ilocano if they see this!) I was next to a girl who smell strong cigarettes, I am sick Im having runny nose Im wearing mask yet I can still smell the person which is why I needed to get our from the area.but I stayed on the window so they can see me, So i didnt mind the smell anymore I just want to get my food since everyone was already complaining I didn’t complain because they might be very very busy. Until 10pm the gurl received hers first when Mine is phone order and she just order after I pay mines earlier. 10:09 I ask mines “sorry to ask, but did you guys forgot my order?” And the lady was like “ oh no we were just waiting on your luncheon meat “ and I was like “I didnt order luncheon meat, or whatever the rest is I only order Steak and egg” and they’re like “oh was yours with the bacon chowder?” And I said yes(upset voice) 10:11pm I got my Order she just gave it to me cold and didnt even say nothing, like sorry or anything, but Two step walking away from the window I heard the lady talking shit saying “I have been calling her name and she didnt hear me blah blah blah.. ” i was about to cry and face them to tell them, Lady I have been here through the window and your co worker had been seeing me, and Didnt hear any of my name or my Order” but I just left and cry it in the car while telling my partner what happen. because they’re terrible. Is not the wait that made me upset is the fact that shes telling her other FOH that she’s been calling my name when I was there all along, and if my food was ready at that time I payed then, They would have give it to me. It was really upsetting and really made me sad and mad at the same time. And btw My steak are burnt.

The food is great, its soooo good and its such a great price for how much food you get, I normally order take out tho cause I mostly go at night time and there is a lot of weird people around but the food is 100% worth it🤤❤️
So...I've eaten here my fair share of times. Each time was more or less the same, the food is just bad. I figure this time I would just order breakfast because honestly, who can mess up breakfast? Diners can mess up breakfast. This is my cornbeef hash breakfast plate. This hash is pretty hard and has no taste. Ive been out drinking tonight so, regardless I was just goong to eat it. But then, there is paper stuck to the bottom of the hash!! Looks like parchment paper. They did not pull the paper of when they cooked their frozen patties. 😂😂 I also got it with bacon. Why does this food have zero taste? Lol. I also got pancakes, yeah, not good either. One half cooked, the bottom one burnt. Anyway, this is the last time I will be coming here. 6 times here, all 6 times the food was no good. Haha, definitely my fault, dont come here. Go somewhere else with better food!

We stopped by Upscale Hawaii for dinner and decided to grab takeout. We ordered the New York steak and the ahi katsu roll, both were delicious! The steak was cooked a little more than I usually like, but it was still flavorful, tender, and really good for the price. The ahi katsu roll was fresh, crispy, and had great flavor balance.
The portions were generous and definitely filled us up. The cashier lady was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Our order took a little longer than we expected, but honestly, it was worth the wait once we tried the food.
Overall, great value, tasty dishes, and kind service, definitely a solid local spot I’d go back to again.

Amazing pricing and love that it was open 24 hours! Food was great! Staff was friendly! The garlic butter ribeye steak was $17. Who said Hawaii is expensive?! lol def coming back to try other items on the large menu.
Food was good, no indoor seating and street noise was a little loud. No restroom and tables needed to be wiped down after customers leave, leaving you to pick the least dirty one.

First time that my family and I tried this place after watching a TikTok about how great the food is. Well that was a lie because we ordered the French toast, omelette with portaguese sausage,side fried rice, chicken adobo,cheeseburger and fries along with a large orange bang,small orange bang and large green drink. When the food was ready we were excited but let down big time. We drove all the way from Ewa Beach to try this place. Our food was warm especially the chicken adobo plate. The French toast tasted like someone just put it in a lot of egg batter and fried the bread with no taste or sweetness. The egg omelette was okay but not good either. We could tell there was no LOVE or FLAVOR put into our meals even though it took a while. The chicken adobo was not hot or fresh. The orange bangs both tasted gross!!!. Not sweet at all. No ice in our small drink for my daughter even though we thought they had common sense to put ice in it especially on this hot day today. The cheeseburger and fries for my daughter was as good as a burger should be. The fries were the only hot thing we received. We will MOST DEFINITELY NOT BE EATING HERE AGAIN!!!!. The outside tables were dirty but thankfully I wiped ours down before we ate. If I had a picture of the food I would post it but everything went to the trash except for the cheeseburger that will go to my dog. My other family members in Ewa Beach asked me today if I would recommend them this restaurant because they seen content creators from TikTok post about it. My honest response is NO DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! $60 wasted on a place that needs people to have LOVE and FLAVOR especially when cooking for others. None of that was tasted in any of these items we tried today!!!.

Totally hit or miss with the garlic steak, sometimes it's great and sometimes it's awful, so bad I called them and they seem to really not care, saying we don't have a manager and to call back at 12pm at night. I was kind and respectful simply asking for the manager and that's what I got. I guess they are very unhappy people. Shame really.. sometimes the garlic steak is super good maybe 1 in 3 times. I am tired of rolling the dice though.

Went to try out the ahi steak in special sauce plate. A decent size ahi filet good taste, ok salad, lots of rice. I'll have to go and try their steak and shrimp plate. Nice drive in window. Friendly service.
