Visited last month for the first time and my TIP would be to get a combination of flavors! I got Niu (Coconut) and Ube with Hot Kulolo! Absolutely loved that it is Non-Dairy and my next visit I will try more toppings.

Loved this place, they have many different options of dairy free soft serves, sundaes, and milkshakes. It melts quickly but the texture is good and the sundaes are well balanced flavor/sweetness wise.

I always stop at Niu multiple times every time I visit Oahu. As a dairy-free girly, their soft serve doesn’t get much better than this. I absolutely love their Niu (coconut) flavor. It’s creamy, smooth and perfect in flavor. Their staff is always SO friendly as well. One thing thats always stands out to me is that they bring your order to you- instead of calling out your name for you to get it. Whether you’re the only person there or it’s busy. It’s a nice gesture. Thank you Niu soft serve parlor- can’t wait to be back on my next visit :)

Got ube and pandan swirl soft serve with hot kulolo sauce!!!! It was sooooo good!!! You have to come. Service was amazing too.

Hooked by the smell of the fresh waffle cones, and took a chance on the pandan malt. Had to go with some sprinkles to change the vibe to the Tuesday. I think next time we’ll have to be a bit more adventurous and try a new topping.

The Sundae, I Really Lilikoʻi You (Creamy Lilikoʻi ice cream with Lilikoʻi mango sauce, Mac nuts, fresh strawberries, whipped niu), was off the charts in flavor and freshness profile! You have to experience Niu for yourself because words can't truly describe my experience.

I've been going here a long time, and tried all the spots for dairy free ice cream. Niu is definitely the best vegan soft serve around (maybe the only one not made of fruit on island). The major con is that it's very hit and miss with the flavors.
The good part of that is, if there aren't great flavors, they'll cycle them through quickly. The bad part of that is, if there's a good flavor, they'll cycle that through quickly as well.
If they made chocolate a standard flavor on tap for soft serve, it would be an EASY 5 stars 🌟. There's nothing like a chocolate cone, idc how fancy the flavor. Niu is basically like vanilla, ube is fine, but chocolate beats out them all and it is so rare to get that flavor for some reason.
