We just moved to Hawaii Kai so we wanted to try it. The food was delicious and perfectly made. The vegan options are various and you won’t miss the meat. We’ll definitely be a regular.
I lived in Okinawa Japan and can attest that Noods ramen is authentic and so delicious. The flavors are so complex and yet come together for a perfect ramen dish. The inside is clean and modern plus the cashier is helpful and knowledgeable about the dishes. This is my new go to ramen place!
Has all the hallmarks of a quality ramen experience: tender and flavorful char siu, firm/al dente noodles with perfect amount of chew, and broth good enough to want to drink every drop.
Plenty of vegan options and the happy hour special shouldn't be missed as the crispy kimchi pot stickers were a treat unto themselves.
Customer service was attentive, welcoming, and enhanced the overall experience.
