Passed on the espresso because the beans and setup didn’t look very good, and got a green smoothie instead which was average at best. Lots of seating outside, not so much inside, & seems to be a caffeine pit stop for mothers w/ strollers. Lots of mixed reviews but what do you expect from a clothing brands attempt at a cafe…? Servers are good & do their best 👍🏼
We've ALWAYS received excellent service at Ruscello's, and today's visit was no exception. We sat outside for lunch, there was a nice soft breeze, had a bottle of wine (half off on Weds!) and enjoyed the food: salads and French dip - yum! What a great way to enjoy a relaxing afternoon!
Sat outside with a beautiful, direct view of the ocean. Ordered a chicken and gnocchi dish. Never had gnocchi before and was expecting something less dumpling-like and more pasta-like. The chicken and pesto in the dish were perfect. When our waitperson asked because I had left most of the gnocchi on my plate, I explained that it was simply unexpected, not that I was complaining.
