Oahu Mexican Grill (OMG)

OMG is conveniently located on Waikiki Beach just steps away from the sand. The atmosphere was relaxed with second floor ocean views. My husband said it was the best food he had our entire trip. The service is quick, similar to other “build your own” choices, like burritos, bowls or tacos. The rice was DELICIOUS! Everything was affordable and we had no wait. They have drinking water available, which I thought was very thoughtful.

It’s not kid friendly. They don’t sell ale cart tacos. It’s subpar food for the $. I wouldn’t recommend.

There are no kids meals. No allergy options. The food wasn’t very good. Family of 5 spent almost 100 bucks and nobody was happy with their food. They need better menu options. They won’t even do tacos without rice and beans.

We went there for dinner, it was so good. It isn't easy to find authentic Mexican food. This is definitely a repeat.
You have to order at the counter. They also have a kind of buffet.

Great service. Employees were awesome. Rice and beans were very tasty. As for the tacos…. Not the greatest. The steak was tough and not flavorful at all. I wish Waikiki had a decent Mexican Restaurant. Restaurant has great ocean views because it’s on the second level.

Other than having to walk up a flight of stairs, the restaurant seemed clean.

Stopped in here on a whim looking for a good breakfast spot and we were pleasantly surprised. We got seated immediately. Super fast and friendly staff. Pancakes were amazing. Boring breakfast was great too! Great view of the beach! Don’t hesitate to get fueled up for the day here! We were super glad we stopped in!

Not what I was expecting when we turned up. Order one end and staff collate on the plate and you pay at the end of the line. Went twice and bith times food was great. Drinks were also okay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cute venue and if by the window, view isnt too shabby.

I was iffy about this place when I was walking towards it as I went up the stairs, but as they served me a grill chicken burrito 🌯 and grilled chicken nachos, I was IMPRESSED!!! This is chipotle on steroids. Crazy delicious!!! No joke. You have to try this place. It doesn’t seem like much from the outside but the food is LEGENDARY!! I would know as a Latino that gets his Mexican food from texas.
