Very poor wheelchair accessibility! Steps into the main restaurant with a sign that the lift was around the block. Went around the block and the door to the lift was locked. Tried calling the number on the door lift but phone had no answer/ no VM. Also tried calling the restaurant to discuss options, but there was no answer. Lost business as we had to go elsewhere. Very disappointing….

I wasn't expecting how it was. Where you order at a counter and then they bring the food to you. The food itself was really good. They offer free water at a kiosk. The experience is made better if you can get a table by the window.

Found this place a bit disappointing on my last visit. We decided to go here for our last breakfast before flying out. We ordered the Dulce De Leche French toast and the Pancake stack. The restaurant was practically empty at this time. We waited quite some time, then my partner decided to go and ask what the issue was. At this point she was informed that they couldn't make the French toast for some reason, which they hadn't come to tell us. So we ordered a second stack of pancakes. Unfortunately the pancakes were rather insipid, with a very meagre amount of Dulce De Leche sauce sprinkled across them and what looked like half a banana cut up on top. This is our last time at this place, quite disappointing

There's not a wide variety of options, but what they have is pretty tasty.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a sign pointing to a lift somewhere around the side of the building, but the main entrance is a long set of stairs

I ordered a custom burrito and tortilla chips with spicy salsa. The meal was good but the salsa seemed too salty? Overall service was good, employees were friendly and atmosphere was casual. I will be back to try their others dishes.
This was a cute little place. We went when it was dark so we couldn't see the view, but I imagine it would be a pretty good view of the beach. We got the hot sauce in our burrito, and it was too spicy to finish our food.

Ive been eating here for yrs. I use to live down the street and since there’s no Chipotle here, its the next best thing. Well last night I ordered a Delivery to my hotel. (1 block away). My food was TERRIBLE!! My veggie nachos arrived mushy. Literally. Not a nacho chip was crispy. The bowl my friend ordered came w/o rice. The Carne Asada fries were soggy as well. Tonight. i went to speak to the manager. He refused to apologize! His exact words were “Im not going to apologize”. I asked why he refused to take accountability? He came up with an excuse for every single issue. He said I was suppose to order my nachos on the side so they wouldn’t get soggy! Like whattttt?? He said rice bowls dont come with rice unless requested. He said Door Dash was responsible and not them! I let him know Im not seeking a refund or free food, I simply want you to acknowledge that u f’d up my order. As a supervisor you immediately apologize ans say “How can we make this right?”. But nooooooo!!!! He adamantly refused. I walked out with my family. Disappointed. As a Hawaiian resident, not a tourist, this is not how you treat loyal customers nor is it the “Aloha Spirit”. Maybe if I were a white woman he would’ve treated us better… hmmmm.

I come here almost every Sunday after game day. Good food that does not make you feel gross after you eat. Not too oily or salty. So happy to have OMG in the neighborhood. Also it’s is affordable compared to a lot of other food places nearby.
