My daughter treated me to lunch and we both had the unlimited soup and salad special. Our server, Seneca was very attentive to all of our needs. He was prompt in delivering everything, filled, our water and checked on us. We sat outside with a beautiful marina view. Great experience !

Our server Philip gave exceptional service. It helped make up for the fact that no one acknowledged me when I walked in the restaurant or even offered assistance, even though there were 6 staff standing behind the hostess desk. I had to finally ask one of them if they could help me; then she asked me how many were in my party.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your restaurant.
Unfortunately, the service at the front desk was very unprofessional. The staff member I encountered was rude and handled the situation in a rough and unfriendly manner. This behavior made me feel unwelcome and negatively impacted my overall experience.
I believe that customer service is an essential part of any establishment, and I hope you will address this issue with your team to ensure it does not happen again.
I know from experience because I travel a lot and have visit many Olive Gardens and felt welcome.
