My family and I went to Olive Garden for lunch the other day and it was amazing! We noticed it was kinda busy but our host (CJ) managed to get us a booth right next to the window. Our server was great, the food was delicious, and we'd definitely come back. 5/5 stars!!!!!!!!

Service was good, but the food was too salty and mediocre. Prices are not cheap. Just know that most food items are super salty and you will get sick of the food after taking a few bites.

This 5 star is for our server, RALIYA! We weren't supposed to eat here today, but because there wasn't any line, we decided on Olive Garden. I was having a hard time trying to figure out what I wanted, and here comes raliya pointing out her choices. The food was good I wished they put more sauce and watermelon sangria was a good choice as well, but her vibe was the best!. She kept checking on us and talked a little with us at the end. Hopefully, when we do return back, we need her to be our server again.

Raliya was great from the start. Super friendly and vibrant positive energy. She made our dine in easy and accommodating. She even went out of her way to make my daughter feel special with this desert custom decorated for her 16th Bday.

Poor phone service. Sad to say, but they never answer phone orders. Very slow. Called the main line and spoke to the manager, and she connected me to the order line, and supposedly, I would be speaking to a lady named Chloe, and she did not answer.

We ate at this place in the afternoon around 3pm on 4/11 . After I ordered the 16 oz beer the waitress came back and confirmed if I ordered 16 oz not the 22 oz then the beer never came until I finished my food she finally remembered that she forgot to go to the bar to get the beer for me . No apologies she just tried to convince me to take the warm beer said they are going to dump it anyways... I refused but she still put it on my table . Really !? The beer was sitting there for more than 30 mins and you still tried to let people drink it ? So unprofessional. When I paid she came right away to check if I tipped her or not. I did tipped even though we didn't get our salads and being treated with the poor service. I didn't expect excellent service because I know this is a tourist place but the service she provided was really below average so sad !

Got take out for dinner and it was such a disappointment--ended up making my own red sauce and noodles. Definitely not ideal, since I wanted a break from cooking. I tried ordering online, but there wasn't an option for spaghetti and meatballs for the dinner menu. Maybe a glitch of some sort, I'm not sure. Then I tried calling, but the phone just kept ringing for what seemed like an eternity. I finally got fed up and decided to just order take out in person. What could go wrong? For a short wait time, the food was not hot when I got home, and I don't live that far away. The sauce was too sweet and just didn't taste the same as my last visit, plus the noodles were super soggy. The meatballs were okay, but lacked the browned exterior. I think the only good things were the breadsticks and salad. Consistency is clearly ceasing to exist in many restaurants. The manager had mentioned that they couldn't hear the phone because the music was too loud, but I've dined in before and the music is at a normal volume level. Unless the phone volume is off or set to a low level, then it just seems like an excuse to not take phone orders. Don't think I'll be coming back after this whole fiasco. Yikes.

Why can't this location get things done right? We live 5 minutes away from the Ala Moana mall and eat out almost nightly. We like Olive Garden in general, and this location has the same food, but operationally it is terrible. The takeout orders are often incorrect and it took me over a week to correct an order that had missing items that I prepaid for. I spent a week trying to get that amount refunded. We just called the Ala Moana location for 1 hour tonight at 4:30pm to place a take out order and the phone isn't answered and the online ordering is not working either. What a terrible way to run a business. Their corporate offices need to do a review to see how much revenue they are losing every day.
