On the recommendation of a friend we stopped here for a little treat. We got an Oreo bingsu and the Lotus craffle. The bingsu was much larger than we expected and pretty good. I think I would have like a fruit flavored one but the ten year old picked the flavor :)
BUT! The Lotus was possibly in my top ten favorite treats ever. The texture had a slight crisp and then chewy. The cream was light and the perfect flavor.complimented by the honey and lotus cookies. I’ll go back for it next time I’m here.

Got an Oreo Latte. The taste was ok, but not super impressive. Price was pretty high for what you get. Service was slow.

matcha milk tea was good, nothing exceptional

It was a hot and humid afternoon, so we stopped off to try the Mango Bingsu at Onaona. It was nice and fruity, cold and refreshing. Some of the mangoes were soft, some chewy, and some crunchy, which made it a little weird, but it was an icy treat nevertheless. I may go back and try the Matcha Bingsu next, It's a perfect size to share with a friend because it's pretty big!

Tried their matcha bingsu, the ice is grated really finely and tastes how i imagine snow would taste like. Their matcha flavour is on point and I can taste it through the shaved ice. Highly recommend their matcha bingsu

Do you notice their quality is going downward? from the time I loved it to recently disappointed🥹

I can’t even tell it’s Matcha except for the color. I feel like I’m drinking just cold milk 😔

Food and drinks were actually pretty good, but the service was horrible!
After I paid, they told me there was no cream — and just gave me the drink without it.
Then they didn’t give me the change because they “didn’t have enough coins.” Seriously?
Also, the staff were literally eating while serving customers.

I read the good review about their acai bowl and decided to give it a try. It turned out to be very mediocre, the mangoes at the bottom tasted rubbery, they were either not ripe or from a can. The acai itself was just so-so, I did like their blend of granola. Overall not a good deal, will not go back.

Acai bowl was soooo good!!! I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was. The peanut butter went SO well with it, and it was so fresh! Had to be freshly ground, not from a jar. The mango at the bottom was sweet and perfectly ripe, as were the other fruits! Seemed like homemade granola on top too! Highly recommend. Worth every penny of the $16. Every ingredient seemed high quality and delicious. Price is also comparable to other places.

Definitely recommend! We ordered the mango bingsoo and were not disappointed! We wanted to try the magic cone but they were sold out. The bingsoo is pretty big, we shared one and couldn't finish it. The shop itself has limited seating and the trash cans were way over filled, spilling over, when we were on the way out. I actually felt bad to leave our trash there so we took it to the front counter.

The employee taking our order this afternoon had the worst attitude. She made it obvious she did not want be there and she could not care how long it took (30min) to get our shaved ice.

I went in to get a cup of coffee which was a little too milky but this place is known for their desserts not their coffee. I didn’t get a dessert but they did look delicious
