This location is no longer an Outback Steakhouse. It now belongs to Scratch Kitchen. The food, service and atmosphere here is still horrible, unlike the Ward location. It has been many months since the opening and nothing has changed for the better.

Very disappointed that popular menu items were not available (because we arrived around 4PM.) I ordered a Rib Eye steak. It was cooked perfectly but clearly not a good cut of meat. I eat a third,, took left over home to not be insulting. Once home i threw it away. Staff was fantastic!

The experience of who was the cook. The shrimp was over cooked as well as my Prime Rib,it was overcooked too. The vegetables were dry. After slicing my Prime Rib it was too over cooked. I had asked to be Medium well.

We went to Outback Hawaii Kai for the Walkabout Wednesday special, in spite of it being $18 instead of the mainland $13. The server was not sure they had Walkabout Wednesady and had to go and check (both times). They did have it but the first time steaks were tough and not up to the usual standard of Outback. They did allow us to order the Bloomin Blonde beer rather that the other light options (not a fan of watered down beer) and it was quite good. We hoped it was an anomaly, and went back a couple of weeks later and ordered it again to give it a last chance. The steaks were better, but still not great. The restaurant was not busy so both times we were able to get our favorite table neat the front window with a great view of the water. We are not sure if we should go back again.

I would think it would be the upmost quality being that it’s in “Hawaii Kai” but it’s by far the worst experience I’ve had of all the locations, after being here for just 20 mins I was ready to leave, to start the waitress almost immediately for got part of our order, we order appetizers and by the time our main came out we’d still be waiting for part of our appetizers witch the waitress for got about it. Wouldn’t help how she never bothered to write anything down. The bread came out as if they just pulled it out the bad and tossed it on the plate worst bread I ever had at any restaurant establishment! To topIt all off the main course I ordered came out completely wrong over cooked to my choice that I have given the waitress. Just hands down the worst out back i ever been and I’m a frequent visitor of the chain in all parts on the country I have to say I will never be coming back to this location

Sat next to the bar had a really good prime rib sandwich.... although I doubt it was Prime ribs since it's not on their main menu.....You would think they would serve it solo if they had prime rib.... I think it was just good steak...
Parking: Parking is located in back a lot of other businesses around so it was kind of full but I was on a bicycle anyway

We recently hired a car on Oahu and had read about Koko Marina and decided to visit on our way back into Waikiki after a day's driving. We were so impressed by our waitress - Kiana - she was friendly and provided great customer service and knowledgeable about Coeliac Disease. We really enjoyed our meals - the Prime Rib was superb and as a bonus you overlook the water. A few days later - again on a car rental day we made another visit and were again very pleased with our meals and our server. This Outback is a great find and highly recommend a visit for a great meal in a nice setting.

I've only done curbside, and thankfully in my last 2 experiences it exponentially got better than the last.Park in the designated stalls, the last time i picked up, the employee came out with my bag as soon as i parked. I was shocked how speedy. Food is good, Coconut shrimp is my favorite and the dipping sauce is always on point.Calamari unfortunately still a let down, too chewie and the moisture in the container softens the batter.Blooming onion, more spicy then i remember, but note that if you're not a spicy person to think about this one before committing.

The food here is reliably good and there was no disappointment this time. Although prices everywhere have gone up, Outback Hawai`i Kai has kept this under control. But noteworthy was the service. Our server was Leslie and she was just amazing. She was pleasant and friendly, and attended to us without being overbearing. She ensured that we had a great experience and really deserves all the praise she can get.
