Very disappointed that popular menu items were not available (because we arrived around 4PM.) I ordered a Rib Eye steak. It was cooked perfectly but clearly not a good cut of meat. I eat a third,, took left over home to not be insulting. Once home i threw it away. Staff was fantastic!
The experience of who was the cook. The shrimp was over cooked as well as my Prime Rib,it was overcooked too. The vegetables were dry. After slicing my Prime Rib it was too over cooked. I had asked to be Medium well.
This review goes to Danny. Mahalo for being so understanding. You are a good manager and have great customer service. Thanks for making things right. It’s not easy doing what you do, and I didn’t expect you to be so calm and cool when I expressed my concerns. Outback is lucky to have you as their front man. Mahalo and Happy New Year
