Americanized style, interesting experience for a Chinese restaurant. Shrimp served with coleslaw and lemonades store bought. Food and atmosphere were amazing.

This PF Chang’s has a beautiful location with a lovely patio. However, we were seated outside without much of an option to eat inside, even though the first floor appeared fairly empty. Our server seemed frazzled—possibly juggling too many tables—and was forgetful at times.

Unfortunately, my entrée (beef and broccoli) was disappointing; the beef tasted freezer-burnt and had an odd flavor. On the bright side, the pomegranate lemonade was delicious and refreshing. Overall, the atmosphere was nice, but the food and service didn’t quite match the setting.

Waitress was also bartender. No water re-fills, drink Re-fills, check-ins, etc. Had to remind her of our needs constantly as bar was busy. They should not let bartenders handle tables.

Food is Great. I am not a fan of Chinese food in general but I totally enjoyed dining at this place.

Unfortunately, PF Chang is like a glorified Panda Express. So, if Panada Express is your jam, well then you found your place, if not, keep exploring, you’ll find something better…

Our server was fantastic as well as the upstairs hostess. The food was amazing as well! Definitely recommend eating here.

Food is good, it's PF Chang's, if you've been, you know. Nothing groundbreaking, but decent. This location in Waikiki has great service, make sure you make a reservation, can make a reservation same day or a day in advance. Servers are great and atmosphere is great.

The manager Caroline was amazing and I never had service like this before. My order was messed up through DoorDash and she made sure I was able to have a meal for dinner. And worked out all my differences! I hope she is the highest up in her job. She is top tier excellent.

This place serves up factory-style food at laughably high prices. You’d be far better off cooking at home — truly. I went with my wife and our two children. The kitchen seems staffed by either overworked or undertrained cooks (not chefs!) who are forced to assemble cheap, low-grade ingredients. The chicken and beef were particularly disappointing — poor in quality and texture, over-sauced to hide that fact, and likely reheated from frozen or prepped off site and brought in.

There’s no attention to customer experience. The wait staff lack the experience to notice half-full plates returning to the kitchen, and the absence of any visible manager or maître d’ reinforces the sense that no one’s really in charge. When the owner is a pension fund and not a restaurateur, customer experience is clearly not the priority.

But with a steady stream of tourists and a massive rent bill to cover, they don’t need to win you over — just lure in the next unsuspecting diner. Avoid!

I recently dined at one of the locations of this Asian restaurant chain, and as always, the food was excellent. One of the reasons I keep coming back is the consistent quality across all their restaurants – flavorful dishes, fresh ingredients, and a great variety.

The ambiance was generally very nice. It’s great that you can choose to sit either inside or outside. The indoor seating area was beautifully decorated and created a warm, inviting atmosphere. The outdoor area wasn’t as nicely set up, but it made up for it with a lovely view.

Unfortunately, the service was disappointing this time. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, the staff seemed extremely overwhelmed and disorganized. Everything took much longer than it should have – from taking our order to bringing out the food and drinks.

In summary: fantastic food and a pleasant setting, but the service clearly needs improvement. I hope this was just an off day, because the potential is definitely there.

Our server Keno was the kindest. He makes sure we’re enjoying our meal. Overall customer service was pleasant to be honest.

Ambiance? It’s okay and pretty clean but a bit on a darker feels.

Menu? Pretty good and pretty expensive as well, but the fact they offer happy hour here is pretty cool. Monday to Friday 3-6pm (make sure to take note of these time).

Food? Just meh… nothing extravagant on their food. Don’t get me wrong it’s pretty tasty. Got chicken lettuce wrap, Korean Cauliflower and a rising dragon to wash it down. Korean cauliflower kind’a surprises me though. So tasty and I love all the flavor on it.

Should I come back? Ofc, during happy hour only…

Update:
Prices are way up, the portion size and flavor is way down. Went last night and was totally disappointed. Officially off my list of favorites.
