Everything was very good. I only rated the service 3 stars due to the fact that the servers are over worked. Our server did the very best he possibly could... with the time he had.

We ordered seven dishes and unfortunately not one was enjoyable or up to an acceptable standard. The wonton soup had a strong chlorine-like taste, the spring rolls were clearly frozen and reheated, the fried rice tasted like leftovers, and the crab wontons had an odd flavour and texture to the point that I couldn't eat them. When I sent back the spring rolls, a replacement serving was brought out. Only afterwards was I told they wouldn't charge me for them — presented as though this was a generous gesture, despite the fact the food was inedible in the first place. That response felt dismissive rather than apologetic. The restaurant also appeared understaffed. While the staff were friendly and polite, good service cannot make up for very poor food quality. Overall, a genuinely disappointing dining experience, especially given the number of dishes we ordered. I would not return.

Unfortunately they left a table of 25 people nit picked up for over an hour while we ate right next to it. Food is good though.

Had reso. Admittedly busy time of.year took 30min to be seated. Unorganized check in system
Waiter took 15min to come see us. Food was good and quick but not up to other pf chang restaurants..

Very disappointing experience. I called around 9:00 PM and was told to come in. We arrived at 9:10, but there was no one at the front desk, and my family waited over 15 minutes. When someone finally showed up, we were told there were no tables because it was closing time. This could have been avoided if the front desk was attended or if we were told the truth on the phone. Poor management and bad customer service. I won’t be coming back.

Went for dinner on our trip to Honolulu, we had reservation and were seated on time. The food was ok, but had a lot of salt. Our server seemed not very happy with his job and almost ignored us. We had our dinner and left, nothing exceptional.

We came for lunch. It was two weekends before Christmas. The restaurant was mellow. Definitely advise coming during lunch time. We appreciated the atmosphere and some unique drink options.

The food was good for PF Chang's... The service people were really nice... But...

No soap of paper towels in either the women's or men's bathrooms...

My ice tea glass was cracked 75% around the center of the glass and I didn't even notice until I was half done with my tea...

We ordered separate lunch specials and they brought out the egg rolls on the same plate... I mistakenly thought they didn't bring mine out and they brought us another, so that was cool.

The waitress was awesome, the manager was awesome, but for a place like PF Chang's in the heart of Waikiki... I would expect that they would be more on top of everything.

Just a combination of things that went wrong all at one time.

Such a nice location and ambiance is wasted with bad management and flavorless food. The poor staff was struggling, people with reservations (including us) were waiting around an hour. When we finally got seated and ordered we were excited and hungry… until the food came and just didn’t taste like PF Changs at other locations - it’s like they ran out of spice. Btw, no linens (napkins) and utensils - we had to ask, the server said they were behind from the night before.

My husband and I made a last minute trip to Oahu over Christmas so he could see Cal play in the Hawaii Bowl. Because we live on a neighbor island flights & hotels were not a problem. But dinner reservations were another story. Most places were booked. But then I learned there was a PF Changs down the street from a show we were seeing that night. Because we were dining early we managed to snag a table. We used to live in California & PF Changs was a favorite so we were so disappointed when it closed. We were therefore very excited to dine here and we couldn't have been more pleased. At first they had assigned us an upstairs table but I had twisted my knee earlier in the day so the steps were daunting. The hostess was very sweet and gave us a table downstairs. We started with the hot and sour soup and it was perfection. The right balance of hot and sour - just delicious. We then shared the lettuce wraps and they were even better than I remember. The half order was more than enough. They are messy and we needed more napkins which they quickly provided but lip smacking! We ended with orange chicken which was delicious and not greasy. My only comment would be that I wished it had more sauce to mix with the rice but it was still yummy. They didn't rush us and bring everything at once. It was just a delightful meal with great service and we will definitely go back next time we are on Oahu.

The food was good. Our waiter was terrible. He was rude and clearly not happy about having to be at work. He didn't explain how the menu works. We all ordered as individuals when it seems that things are meant to be shared.

PF Chang's was a family favorite. This visit was the worst dining experience in 2025. Very sad the quality of the restaurant has gone down so far. Good luck in 2026.

Decent food, but there are better spots nearby.
