Food isn't great. We ordered two items, intially the server gave us the wrong order. Then when we got our order, one of the food items ( pad thai noodles ) was bland and the other one ( singapore noodles ) was too tangy. Given the great ambience, I think the food quality needs a serious change.

I remember going to P.F. Chang's in the Bay Area when it first opened up. It was clean, great service, excellent food. Unfortunately we've noticed over the past few years and trying different locations, that P.F. Chang's is not what it used to be. Restaurants are not clean at all (we actually left one location because it was filthy), service is just ok and food is not the same at all. We won't he going back.

Disappointing Service Experience at a Favourite Spot PF Chang's has always been our go-to place when visiting Hawaii, and this being our fifth visit, it was once again at the top of our reservation list. The food, as always, was fantastic – consistent and delicious. Unfortunately, the service let the experience down in a big way. Our server was inattentive and dismissive from the start. We weren't the only ones affected – the couple seated next to us, who were visiting for the first time, were left waiting for over an hour without receiving their meals. Not exactly a great first impression. As things continued to deteriorate, we eventually asked for a different server. Thankfully, the new server was lovely and incredibly apologetic. By this time, we had already finished our meal, and we pointed out that the couple next to us were still waiting for theirs. We left feeling very disappointed and sincerely hope this was just a one-off experience. Before leaving, we wished the other couple luck and encouraged them not to let this spoil their view of the restaurant. We really hope management takes this kind of feedback seriously – PF Chang's has always been a special place for us, and we'd love for it to stay that way.

Lettuce wrap generous portion, taste okay. Northern ribs very good,will order again. My favorite was the fried green beans.Teriyaki beef quite tasty...comes with rice. All the dishes can be shared and it is quite filling. Decor is modern, quiet ambiance, service attentive....highly recommend!

Out of 4 meals ordered, three were cold. The waiter came over, and we told him he said they shouldn't be as all cooked fresh and left. When clearing up, we mentioned he might want to show the chef how much was left. Ended up coming one meal. Will never go back.

When I made a comment about the spring roll, the waitress said she would inform the kitchen staff - I had to ask for a do over...if the food is not up to par, then the server should make a valiant effort to make sure the customer leaves happy.

Hostess didn't communicate restaurant was behind schedule. We were standing wondering what was going on - when i asked, then we were offered to sit in waiting area. Waited 15 minutes for table despite reservation. Server was very slow. We hardly saw her. Honey chicken was dry.
Got the veg rolls came out ice cold. Sent them back and server said here are your extra hot rolls. After a few minutes of resting took a bite and hot oil dripped out burnt my lip so bad had a blister and ruined my dining experience the rest of the holiday. Not recommended at all.

Great food, great service. Excellent gluten-free options available. I was were disappointed one of our favorite gluten-free seafood dishes was no longer available but all the rest was top notch.

Quality of food seemed low and hurriedly assembled. Parts of my beef dish were dry as if it hadn't been mixed with the sauce properly.

Kaycee and Tony provided excellent service in my opinion. She was on top of things making sure I got my refills and checked on me periodically. As a server, she was busy juggling between the tables and bar. Despite being busy, she provided excellent service regardless. Keep up the good work Kaycee! I make the reviews at four stars because I believe that there's always room for improvement even though I don't have feedback on how the company can improve, but I'm sure there are people out there who has the proper insight.

Called in at 2.00pm, asked for a table outside at the end where it was quiet. Was told no as it was too far for the wait staff to walk. You are kidding me right. We were then shown to a table. Five minutes later waiter took our drinks order. Twenty minutes later, no drinks arrived. Waiter apologised and said barman was a bit slow today. I looked around the place, it wasn’t busy but dishes were left on tables with spent food on them and the tables were swarming with birds. I had had enough. Told the front desk lady that they should get their staff trained by the Yard House restaurant down the street, far better service and atmosphere. Thought we would give it a try, unfortunately a massive NO from us, we won’t go there again. Shame I cannot leave zero stars, shocking customer service.
