Disappointing Service Experience at a Favourite Spot PF Chang's has always been our go-to place when visiting Hawaii, and this being our fifth visit, it was once again at the top of our reservation list. The food, as always, was fantastic – consistent and delicious. Unfortunately, the service let the experience down in a big way. Our server was inattentive and dismissive from the start. We weren't the only ones affected – the couple seated next to us, who were visiting...
Lettuce wrap generous portion, taste okay. Northern ribs very good,will order again. My favorite was the fried green beans.Teriyaki beef quite tasty...comes with rice. All the dishes can be shared and it is quite filling. Decor is modern, quiet ambiance, service attentive....highly recommend!
When I made a comment about the spring roll, the waitress said she would inform the kitchen staff - I had to ask for a do over...if the food is not up to par, then the server should make a valiant effort to make sure the customer leaves happy.
