The place has changed a lot in the 7 years since I've been here. First, it's no longer in the pagoda (that's now a Russian/Korean restaurant)! So, no more views of the koi pond as you eat. The food was good, and the portions large, but still a bit salty for my taste. The service, I must say, was outstanding. All the staff were attentive and friendly.

A few friends who saw my post on IG immediately contacted me and asked me for the name and location of this restaurant. I posted videos of the food as I always do but... I think the video of me walking out table in our own little pagoda is what they also wanted to experience. I went here with my boyfriend and his friends. After a few hours of food we all left happy and satisfied. The service was great. They checked on us often. Very attentive to our table. Food was great. We tried many of the dishes and had a nice table full of food. I see that here on Yelp the restaurant has a buffet. We ordered from the menu and sat out above their large pond that's filled with koi fish. I've never seen so many koi fish at once. I recommend it to anyone I know who is planning a trip to Honolulu.
They've moved into a smaller venue but you still have access to the gardens & fish ponds. The offerings are not as robust as it used to be and we ordered off a menu rather than a buffet. Seems like it's still a local favorite. We'll continue to go!

Tori and the experienced staff here are extremely sweet and accommodating. They offer a large variety of delicious local and traditional Asian food. We had a group of five, and all expectations were exceeded. Gotta mention the most famous feature - the EPIC koi fish channel wrapping around the restaurant. The fish here are astoundingly well kept and plentiful (seems like an understatement). There are little bags of fish food so you can feed them over the railing. They swim over to you - quite a massive SCALE of a TAIL!

No longer the floating restaurant but relocated to the ballroom formerly Cest si Bon. The KHON2 breakfast special was very good. Wife had the French toast and I had the waffles. Comes with 2 eggs of your choice and protein of your choice too. What sets this place apart from the others is the service. Rayna is an exceptional host and server plus John the manager brings the meals to your table. 3 person crew for the breakfast crowd and I urge you to experience it yourself. Coffee is refillable and Rayna was there to refill our water and coffee. In this age of short staff and complaints, John and his crew make it work with excellent service. Give them a try and you'll leave with a smile on your face. Mahalo John and Rayna!

We stayed at the Pagoda Hotel and Restaurant for 4 days.The rooms are comfortable and up to date. The Hotel does give discount coupons for breakfast and the food is excellent.We would give it 3 stars ?Parking is $25 a day. With a $200 deposit. There are several problems with the room card needs reprogramming frequently. Make sure you are registered to the room or you can't reprogram the room keys, and you would need the registered guest to come down to the front desk to reprogram the room card. Ate breakfast here Sunday 10/9. Really enjoyed my time there. Parking is available across the street at Ross (don’t forget to get validated). Welcomed and sat in a timely manner. Service was friendly and always checked in on you. Food came out hot and timely, egg was moist and not overdone, bacon was crispy, coffee was hot and fresh.Definitely want to commend the staff for their hard work; everyone from front of house to the cooks in the kitchen.
