We stopped into the shop today hoping to find some options for a friend who is currently grieving. We wanted something subtle with whites, greens, and yellows. The shop offered to make us a custom arrangement same day, only took 30 minutes. They did an amazing job honoring the situation and provided us a beautiful arrangement that wasn't too over the top. I will definitely be recommending this shop to my friends for their local floral needs.

While waiting for my car's oil change, it's always been an errand of mine not to stop by at Paiko. I always tell myself to not buy something but every single time I ALWAYS COME HOME WITH FLOWERS hahaha. I couldn't help it.As someone who loves flowers and plants, you have no idea how much I love this place. It may be pricey for some but I think it's worth it. The staff are always friendly and cheerful. The store is neat and well organized. Parking may be hard on some days but this place is definitely worth your time. Aloha!

Great store to browse in after having lunch.Lots of fun knickknacks, plants and some artwork. Very friendly staff. Would have loved a plant but hard when you live in the mainland. :) Decent prices and I did buy a couple small prints from one of my favorite artists from back when I lived on Oahu, Peggy Hopper. Great shopping center in downtown Honolulu.

This is THEE place to go! I looked into different florists for a bridal bouquet for my elopement and this one caught my eye because of all the different exotic flowers. Their website is so user friendly and the customer service was top notch. We had a sunrise ceremony so I picked up the flowers the afternoon before. They placed them in a nice vase/box for travel and it was so helpful to look perfect for the next morning. Mark was awesome when I showed up! So friendly and seemed genuinely excited for me! You can tell he enjoys what he does. So shout out to him! I also spoke with a female on the phone to confirm my flowers were ready for pick up and she was also very friendly! Even if you're just window shopping, check this place out! The store is so cute with so many eye catching flowers and plants.

If you know what you want, this store is great. If you want ANY customer service assistance, you're literally better off going to a Walmart Garden Center....... There were 3 employees inside while I was shopping and none of them acknowledged me for the entire 10-minutes. It wasn't until I went to check out and audibly placed my items on the counter that they looked up from their gossip session to ring me up. If you're paying a premium for items in the shop, the customer service should be more than mediocre.

Such a cute plant store! I loved it here. There are many tropical plant options to choose from.Paiko also has a cute potting section in the store where you can learn to pot your plants right.

Rude staff. Did not acknowledge us and when we went to the front to checkout the girl working said I’m busy and went to the back. Another worker walked right by us and didn’t acknowledge us either. Take your business elsewhere.

Do not order from Paiko. I called to place an order and the customer service was terrible. The man laughed at me when I said my budget was $75 and was very condescending throughout the whole conversation. No one deserves to be treated like they are less than. I would have happily increased my budget if he hadn’t been so rude. There are plenty of other local florists where you get better service and honestly a better product.

I called to place an order and the customer service was atrocious. The man was very condescending and literally laughed at me when I said my budget was $75. He did not work with me to find other options but rather addressed me as if I were not worthy of their product. You can most definitely find better quality product around the island. There are other local florists where you get more bang for your buck.

4 stars because its a great ambiance. Great concept but overall cost is on the pricier side $$$$. Flower bar and succlent section very cute. Even the little knick knacks from local artists (cards, pots, jewelry, artsy etc) less than a mile away theres better selection and pricing.
