The overall event and the atmosphere was excellent! The server who was assigned to our table was very professional and friendly. The event itself showcase history of Hawaii in general with focus on Waikiki and the greater Polynesian islands. We enjoyed the show. Unfortunately the food didn't live up to the hype. We were told this is a buffet and eat as much and as many rounds as you wish but by the time everyone had had a chance to eat, not much was left. The food quality could be improved as well.

Such an amazing experience in hawaii! Really showcased the culture and history of the different people that came to the island. The food was really good and the drinks were too. They also do temporary tattoos and leis which adds to the experience

This is a pricey experience, but well worth it! All guests get a fresh lei before being seated. We chose the VIP option and each got 3 drink tickets and were seated closer to the main stage. We also got to go to the buffet first. I’m not sure if other ticket holders got the same number of drinks tickets. The drinks were delicious as was the food. There was prime rib, huli huli chicken, shredded pork, and I think a fish option. There was plenty of food and a good selection. The entertainment was phenomenal. The mistress of ceremonies had a wonderful singing voice and kept the show going seamlessly. The dancers were young, beautiful, and extremely talented. We are so happy to have added this experience to our Hawai’i vacation.

Very overpriced for average, overcooked food. Entertainment was fun but a bit repetitive and mostly non Hawaiian dances. We were literally the last to eat (about an hour after the entry time) so we were ravenous but still not hungry enough to eat most of the food. The alcoholic beverages (Mai Tais and Blue Hawaiians) were like drinking rocket fuel so great if you’re just looking to get sloshed.

This was so much fun! Very interactive! Service was top notch! Finally got leighed here haha! Not too short and not too long just right! Not super traditional but gives you a good idea! Short walk from our hotel which was nice. All inclusive and had some activities with it too. Sad I didn’t get on stage but we had a blast! Highly recommend. Good value for the money. Bring the whole family!

I booked this during my stay at the Marriott Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa. I contacted the guest experience team and they told me about their luau. This is the best Luau on the Island in my opinion. The food is phenomenal. The meats are hot, tender, and juicy and the salads are fresh. It's truly all you can eat. Other Luau's I have been to will run out of food and not refill or serve dry cold food. The show was beautiful as well. I would say it was more on the smaller intimate side. I loved it!

Best Luau we’ve been to.
Great entertainment and performances. Gorgeous girls who looked and danced superbly. The food was delicious as well. Our drinks server, Brianna, provided great customer services. I highly recommend going!

Honestly it would have been a 5 star but the food was just horrible to eat! I felt that every single piece of protein was overcooked to the point it was inedible, vip was $30 more and included 2 extra drinks. Which conveniently were $15 each. So if you got general admission you would still pay $240 if you wanted 2 more drinks. The show spectacular. The fire show was at the end and lasted about 10 mins. The buffet style was about an hour long and most of the time you spend standing in line. Vip just got you closer to the main show but it wasn't really first come first serve they kinda just sat you where they sat you. The mai tai drink sucks and it’s your required drink out of the 3 you got so if you were general admission you woulda been forced to get the mai tai which would’ve burnt up your only ticket.

While the staff was amazing , I truly felt robbed for my money, we spend $600 on this Luau , the Luau started at 5:30, we arrived at 5:45 & there were no more activities, we paid $600 for a dinner that was not good at all, you only get 1 drink and a show. Not worth it in my opinion, you are better off having dinner elsewhere & simply paying for the show.

Neat experience. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and they did a shoutout for that which was very sweet. Food was good, however there are other luau’s where they make it in front of you, and they didn’t for this one. VIP seating gives u 3 free alcoholic drinks, so if you don’t care about that part or sitting up close to the front, general seating is still good. Had a great, memorable time.
