I placed a mobile order today for four plates using their app. I usually get the 1 side and 2 entrees option and have always been satisfied in the past. However, this time one of the plates only contained rice and Chow mein, with the other half completely empty. Since it was a mobile order pickup, I didn't check it until I got home. I was disappointed to find such an incomplete meal after spending money on it. I hope improve their order checking process, especially for mobile orders, to ensure customers receive what they paid for.

I ordered an entree of the orange chicken and it was all the fried breaded pieces and only a few pieces of actual chicken with the breading. My food was cold by the time I got home and I live not even 10 mins away. Usually the container is too hot to touch and when she handed me the container it didn’t even feel hot. $20 is a lot and I don’t mind spending it at Panda if the quality was 2019 panda express

It’s much cleaner compared to other branches.✨ The interior is modern and nice.🛋️ The food taste and quality are the same as the others — they really maintain the franchise standards.🍔👌 Service was fast and kind.⚡ A lovely, smiley lady served us — she was great!😊 The only problem was parking.🚗 There wasn't enough space, and it was a bit tight to park.🅿️
Drive through order was not working. Instead of closing the drivethru the manager put a paper sign on the drive thru forcing everyone to pull up and order at the window. After sitting in line stuck for 30 minutes with no way to escape I called the manager Althea who was clearly clueless and incompetant.

They had the front door locked at probably 9pm and I saw probably 30 people try to go in the door while the clueless employees looked on. To add to the 1 star review this panda location is the worst on the planet. Situated on a one way street full of NPCs and bums its nearly impossible to get to in the first place and good luck finding parking. Wouldnt even bothet with the tiny drivethru backed into the street. Tear this store down and rebuild elsewhere.

Location is a tight fit. When the drive-through gets busy, traffic backs up. Parking is a total nightmare here. Would NOT recommend this location based upon parking availability. Food and service are ok compared to other locations of the parent brand.
