I waited 10 minutes for them to cook an entree then gave me the wrong items. How hard is it to read the order and put the correct items on the plate.

Had chowfun, orange chicken, mushroom chicken and hot sour soup.
Was excited to try the soup. Not appetizing or flavorful at all. Very bland.
The chowfun, also bland, tasted more like half cooked cabbage than anything else.
Orange chicken was consistent in it's flavor, seems just like the frozen kind you buy at Costco. I know it's not really a Chinese eatery but some seasonings would help.

Made my order online but I wanted to pick it up before the schedule time. So I called and asked, they were nice enough for me to push the time earlier. Restaurant is clean. Workers are nice. Great customer service.

This is a high-end quick Food Spot with quite good Chinese food. Like I said it's a high-end Fast Food Spot. Really good for a quick meal!

Me and my other half comes here all the time to order something fast and price efficient. The service is always nice. Sometimes when they do get super busy, you can tell they get overwhelmed and stressed.

I love Panda Express!
It just dis appoint me this time. We went to buy for dinner, the manager is the one that is serving, seems like she trying to save food for her to take home. Stingy! I asked for chicken string beans and all i got is string beans! Not lying but for real! Not one piece of chicken found?, disappointed!

One of my favorite places to go for takeout orders. Only because they have little room for dine in. My main order is the Extra large plate. So I usually always order the Extra fried rice, Honey walnut shrimp and the new Spicy honey chicken which isn't spicy at all but it beats out the orange chicken any day if you try it. And my side on the Extra large plate is an extra order of the Honey chicken in a box instead of it being put on my plate because I like to eat it later I mix it in with at home. My secret mix??I've pretty much tried most that you can choose from and this is what I buy 99 percent of the time I go there for a take out for dinner. It's Soo Onolisish!!!I never buy a drink from them because it's more expensive than other places and I usually don't drink soda anymore so I buy my drink from somewhere else. I only have eaten inside once and it was because me and my bff were running around shopping in that area that day. I would love to order the family meal or a bunch or large takeout boxes but find that it is very expensive buying that way and the extra large plate is very reasonable to me. I can usually eat the large plate myself but my service dog loves the chicken also. Mahalo and Aloha
