This is the Panda Express at the Kamehameha Shopping Center. I wasn't expecting this place to be so busy. It was on a weeknight and the line was out the door. No joke! People must love Americanized Chinese food. There's nothing wrong with it. I quite like it myself. Out of all the Pandas that I've been to I received the best service from this location. The manager on duty was named Angel. I remember because she has the same name as me. She rang me up and asked if I was in their loyalty program. She scanned the code on my phone and asked if I wanted to use some of my points for a free entree item. Of course I did. I asked for sweet and sour sauce. She gave a generous amount, not just one or two packets. What I love about Panda is the food is always fresh. They cook them in small batches. They also have an open kitchen so you know everything is clean. My favorite items to get are the chow fun, super greens, teriyaki chicken, Beijing beef, black pepper angus steak and walnut shrimp.

The place is very good but their service is terrible customer service when it comes to asking for spicy sauce or their famous teriyaki sauce, you ask them for a sauce and they want to give it to you poorly. I bought three dishes and only one dish asks for teriyaki chicken. and they only gave me one because the other dishes didn't have teriyaki chicken and if I wanted I had to pay extra for that and the spicy sauce they only gave me one and I asked for more they ignored me so as not to give me more I come from Las Vegas and at no time did they mean denied sauces on the contrary they offer me as a client one expects the best expectations and the manager is also terrible at resolving situations of this type so the client that is something so simple and customer service rating 0% I hope they draw the attention of their staff and improve because one comes to eat at their locations and we pay for that, it is not their free service, thank you, have a good afternoon.

0 stars for customer service. I get it, it's 8pm and you close at 9pm so you don't want to make more of a dish. But don't say it out loud where the customer can hear you! Chris was asked to make more of something and got all irritated that he had to make more. RUDE! My husband ended up getting a smaller size so CHRIS didn't have to make more.

I love this Panda location it is convenient with lots of parking! The staff is friendly and efficient! The store is clean and has ample seating available! Today my large catering order was orchestrated perfectly thanks to Adonis. He is so helpful and handles orders and customers in such a skilled way. Mahalo!

Pearlridge location next to theatres. Ordered bowl with chow fun and orange chicken. Chicken was mostly batter with only few pieces of chicken. Noodles was so salty. Will not be going back.

Food was typical Panda, service, not enough employees to handle the customers. My biggest gripe, napkins, I ordered 3 plates n a med side order orange chicken, he gives me 2, napkins, I ask for more, gives me 3 more. The female before him gave another customer at least 10 and he only had 1 1/2 plates.

My dad is Panda Express NUMBA #1 FAN! Lol!!!!As the years pass, my elderly father no longer cooks so a great alternative is getting some Chinese fast food grub from Panda Express.Luckily there are many Panda Express outlets all over the island, and yesterday since I was working in the Kalihi area, I stopped by the Panda Express at the Kamehameha Shopping Center. This particular Panda Express location at the Kamehameha Shopping Center is pretty spacious, and the food selection is plentiful. Because this restaurant is in a major strip mall, finding free parking is easy.Depending on when you come here, this particular Panda Express can get pretty busy, but the staff here at Panda's is pretty efficient in processing the many hungry eaters who come here for their Chinese fast food fix.Quick Tip: Keep your receipt when you pay for your food, and go online & do the "customer survey feedback" so you can get a code to get a free entree the next time you come to eat at Panda Express. DEALAGES Yo!

I had an online order and said it was to be finished in 10 minutes. When I had arrived they were serving other customers and had finished their orders instead of completing my already paid order which was 10 minutes ago. I don't like the fact that they put other people who didn't even pay yet first. Poor customer service.

My husband and I decided to come today because our kids were craving orange chicken. I wasn't too thrilled having it be a Friday evening and pulling up only to anticipate long lines and a crowded dining area, but to my surprise, it was empty! Service was fast and friendly. There was no waiting for any of the dishes to be done cooking so we all got our food at the same time. The dining area was clean and well maintained and so was the soda fountain (no sticky mess). Food wise, Panda Express is the same whichever location you go. The only difference is when you can actually taste the rush rather than done correctly.
