It was tasty, but the beef was overdone.

Food was Ok, but the server was very unfriendly. I’m from China and can communicate in English, though not as fluently as a native speaker. When I asked a question about the menu, the server (even though she was also of Chinese descent) immediately became impatient. However, she was quite patient with white customers.

Employee used the bathroom, barely got her hands wet, no soap, no washing…dried with a paper towel and left. When I walked past she was in the kitchen area. That means she most likely works with customers food….after not washing her hands. Which would be disgusting even if she didn’t work with food. So bothered since our son loves this place. Won’t be going back here again.

Great restaurant for take away or sit in the food court for a good price. Fast and friendly staff. Simple but good food for a reasonable price in Waikiki.

After a long flight from LAX my wife was looking for something light but savory and Panda Express didn’t disappoint!! Got it to go, walking distance from the Hokulani, fresh and still steaming hot when I got back to the room!! Big points scored thanks to PE!!

The food was like three years old
The fried rice was cold and tasted very old. The orange chicken was hard and chewy. The fortune cookies tasted so old. Customer service was AWFUL. 0 stars if that was an option.

I always come here at least once when I come to Waikiki. The food court is so big, you can always find a seat. I love Panda.
