Never had an issue with any Panda Express. Not sure what’s going on with this one. Orange chicken was tough and crunchy. Sesame chicken was soggy. Rangoons weren’t fully cooked. Couldn’t eat any of the food it was bad. Even though it was delivery, haven’t had issue like this before. Maybe just a fluke?

The food is not good. Chow mein is dry not well cooked and missing some menu(not available) increase lot of extra($1.50) charge one.Seems like making money.

Favorites: Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef. This location had veggie chowfun as a choice which was great. Just had a bit of trouble finding out if the chowfun was vegetarian/vegan. The server didn't understand enough English. Finally someone came over to answer/translate the question. Atmosphere typical fast food joint. Nice to be able to sit in the mall area to eat instead of inside Panda store itself.

Located inside the Kahala Mall, this place offers good decent Chinese food. We always come here for quick bite before going to the movies.

3/2023Didn't take a pic of my plate because I woofed it down, but, like any other Panda I've been to, they rock it. I'm particularly glued to the wok masters when I go, but the upfront service is ALWAYS quick, courteous, friendly, and helpful. It would have to be considering the amount of volume they do. Keep up the great work in these challenging times. I'll try and remember to take a pic of my food next time before I devour my food. ??✌️

Some of their dishes are good and worth waiting in line for. Looks like they are short of staff. Only one person taking orders and works the cash register at the same time. I waited in line a long time. I would have left but I was in line a long time already. The lady in front of me complained about how long it was taking. Yet, when she gets to the register, she starts counting out her change and holds up the line even more.

Worst panda. You know it's bad when I just downloaded Yelp to write this. My bf and I always give them the benefit of the doubt but they never get it. The portion size it crazyyyy. They seriously act like their scoops come out of the employees paycheck. One time the lady COUNTED them after ONE scoop. I mean it is fast food and what do you except but daaaauummm
The lady at the Panda Express was hard of hearing she didn't quite understand what I wanted I pointed out and I had the repeat it over and over again lucky the cashier Sara was very nice

Can't start a review about Panda Express without saying Orange Chicken. That said they run an efficient shop and get the food out hot and fresh.Last time I came here I placed an online order at selected asap which showed it to be 7:23 pm. However, when I submitted the order it changed it to the next day at 11:15. I called the store and they accommodated my intent and made the order as submitted and cancelled the online order so I could simply come to the store now to pickup and pay for my order as I had intended. Nicely handled be the store manager.Think the issue was they stopped taking inking orders at the time I was placing mine so it got booted to the next day. A little glitch she worked around.

The worst Panda Express on island that we’ve tried. The food was burned and the portions were so small. The noodles were hard & dry, the rice was hard, the greens were soggy and the beef was over cooked. There was also no difference in amount of food we received between the “Plate” and “Bigger Plate” sizes. Try Ala Moana instead ?

I know Panda Express is Chinese fast food, so we gave this place a chance and got the family dinner. Great price! 2 carb dishes, 3 dinner dishes for $35. I chose 2 look fun dishes and 1 chicken mushroom, 1 teriyaki chicken and 1 beef broccoli. I'm impressed that they use fresh veggies for their dishes! I chose the look fun because their chow mein looked so fast food like and our family always makes fried rice. Food was okay, but not as good as Chinese restaurants, although if we ordered this at a Chinese restaurant, it would cost $60 plus tip! Our family meal was $36 plus tax, so $37. That's a good deal, but mediocre food. The other drawback is their containers they put the food in! Not sturdy at all! Then they put it all in a plastic bag! Good luck going home! By the time we got home, which is just up the hill from Kahala Mall, our containers were soft and some were on their sides. Regular restaurants put all your food in cardboard boxes (free boxes from Costco) to keep them sturdy. I do have to give them credit for all employees that day all wore masks! Even though it's not mandatory, it's nice to see that they wear masks while preparing our food. Thank you! (We have leftover look fun and I will doctor it up with bean sprouts and cilantro)
