Prices are good. But got damn service for people who order online is terrible. I went to the cashier (where it says online pickup) and I said “hi , I am picking up” she gave me an attitude and just pointed where my food was. She didn’t even checked if that was my bag, she didn’t check if I had the correct items. She didn’t check anything. She just pointed and rolled her eyes.Other than that good is great!

I always get treated with great service at this location. I went in recently to place a catering order and the female employee who assisted me was very patient. I had no idea what I really needed and she gave me suggestions. She explained how many people each pan would feed. I really appreciated that since this was a very last minute party and I needed food to feed over 100 people in a matter of days. Keep up the good work. I will definitely keep coming back here.
This place keeps cutting corners. Ordered a 2 choice "plate" with chow mein/greens, walnut shrimp and chicken mushroom separate. This is what I received. This isn't a plate! It's a bowl (and I use that term loosely). The serving was smaller than than my daughter "bowl". Husband ordered (new) spicy shrimp, he said it was bland. Unfortunately I had food delivered so I couldn't bring my concerns in person. This Panda (Moanalua Shopping Center) needs to be better.
