Friendly staffs. Tried some veggie dishes, which are not too bad. However, the HYGIENE might need to be improved as birds stopped on the table watching me eating and one fly stopped on the edge of my tea cup, in front of me and the waitress as well! But the waitress didn't say anything at all! This is not supposed to happen. Flies can involve in various virus and diseases!

They didn't have pho on the day I went. I was disappointed and ordered something else that I can't remember . This was after Christmas. I do like the ambiance and the service was good.

My sisters from the mainland and I met with other friends here for dinner. I had the shrimp won ton ramen. The broth and shrimp won ton was so gooood!! The rest of my family was very satisfied with their dinner. I would come here again.

Stopped by for some drip coffee, and a slice of strawberry shortcake--flavor of the cake was alright, but wouldn't go out of my way just for it. Ambiance was nice, and service was attentive. May need to give this place another shot, and try some of their main course options.

Great server, friendly and accurate. A menu w lots of choices for everyone's palate. Don't leave without sharing a dessert, especially the Japanese cheesecake or Strawberry shortcake.

We got the mild laksa and green curry with the karrage chicken. Both were delicious. I will try the regular spiced Laksa next time as the mild was a little bland. Service was great too.

I had fish and chips for lunch with coffee. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food however was disappointing. The fish came with tartar sauce only. Would be better to have a choice of sauces for your popcorn fish. Not even offered malt vinegar for the small pieces of fish. The French fries were cold and unsalted. For the price of $43.24 with tip, I will not be returning there nor would I recommend it. We sat outside which was comfortable and the table was clean.

Stephanie was an amazing server. We arrived early although we already had a reservation, they were happy to seat us. Ended up tucked in a corner which was nice given the occasion. We ordered the house gyoza (delicious, very flavor ful), caprese salad (always my fav) and the spring rolls (a little bland) to start. I chose the Pad Thai med spicy with chicken. I loved it, great portion size. He chose the Japanese curry with Karagae chicken. Couldn't end the night without dessert, our server recommended a seasonal special chocolate banana brulee cake. Couldn't get enough even with everything we had. Already made plans to return for more! Mahalo Panya for making our first a many for the books!

Shocked

This was on our favorite list but we were very put off of an additional “kitchen staff” fee on top of food charges AND expected tip. I find this deceiving and not appreciated. Raise food prices rather than nickel and dime at the end. Are they going to start charging me napkin fees next??

Had lunch with a few friends. It was a windy and chilly day. I chose the Hong Kong won ton soup with noodles. Broth was delicious. Won tone were homemade with large shrimps. Perfect!!

Panya never disappoints on food and service. There was only one time we encountered an obstinate obnoxious adult with his children he would not discipline! It made speaking at our table impossible for all of their noise. Luckily, we have not encountered this family again!

So many options, all that we have tried has not disappointed. One of favorite restaurants, we always take visiting friends to Panya Bistro & Bakery. Even our vegetarian friends love it.

We had a great "girlfriends" lunch today. My friend had the Pad Thai noodles and I had a spicy salmon bowl. You can choose between white rice or brown rice for the bowl. Salmon was nicely spiced - spicy but not too hot. Generous portions of ginger, avocado and fish. It comes with a serving of miso soup. My friend also had an order of fries to try them out. Thin and crispy. Good-sized serving. At Panya, they'll give you a refill on your diet coke or iced tea. The place was pretty busy so our server didn't have too much time to check on our drinks so she offered us take-out versions of our drinks to take home. BTW - We got in without a reservation on a busy Saturday! The variety in the menu is impressive. Validated parking available free for two hours.

Went last night (2/9/24) and was told there would be a 45 minute wait. This was fine with us and they seemed short staffed. After more than an hour and a half, we asked to check on the table. Apparently the host forgot to text us and the kitchen was closing. Such a sad and terrible experience considering I used to love throwing family gatherings and meeting friends here.
