First time I've ever felt threatened by a manager (Lalina was her name) at a restaurant. I placed an order over the phone using the number on Google Maps for a 1/2 Hawaiian, 1/2 meatball pizza, and was quoted $32. Upon arriving at the scheduled time, I was told they hadn’t received my order. I reluctantly placed the order again in person, but the price was $48—$16 more than what I was quoted on the phone.
When I questioned the price difference, the manager, Lalina, yelled, "I already put it in the oven!" and was extremely rude throughout the entire interaction. I even tried calling the store while I was there to resolve the issue, but my calls were ignored and even hung up on.
At one point, I was told to leave by another individual who was not an employee, and Lalina refused to provide the owner's contact information or the corporate number. The entire situation was handled very poorly, with no regard for customer service or resolution.
As a business owner, I'm appalled by how this situation was managed. Instead of resolving the issue, they chose to waste a pizza, insult a customer, and damage the reputation of their business and Hawaii from a tourists perspective. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to improve their customer service.

I ordered a medium "The Works" pizza for $36 delivered.... the pizza was so soggy the box was sticking to the pizza. Terrible quality, I would not recommend ordering here.
We tried ordering delivery from this location but received a call and email shortly after placing our order that it needed to be canceled because no one was responding. We ended up driving out to get food from a diner across the street from them and noticed they were still open so I went in to order pizza to go. I ordered my pizza with stuffed garlic crust but didn't realize till after getting back to our hotel that it was just garlic parmesan crust yet I was charged for what crust I originally ordered. Not only that, while I was waiting for my order the guy that took my order went out afterwards for delivery. I couldn't understand how I couldn't get anything that I wanted despite my efforts. Not eating at this location again!

Pizza was never delivered and the app showed it was delivered. When I tried to call the store to get refund, no one answered for 40 minutes. Then I had to call the Papa John’s corporate office but the representative did nothing. I wasted my $35 and never got refunded.
