The pizza is quality, and the boneless chicken wings are just making me fall in love with it.

I don’t know what kind of magic is going on, but Papa John’s in Oʻahu is on a whole different level. I used to live in Phoenix and the Papa John’s there was honestly nasty — dry, bland, and nobody I knew even ate there. But here in Oʻahu? It’s fresh, full of flavor, and actually made with care. The crust is golden, the toppings taste like real food, and the whole pizza just hits way better. You can taste the difference. This spot brings the aloha to chain pizza, no doubt.

One of the most delicious pizzas in the USA. They don’t regret the cheese and the dough is very tasty.

First time I've ever felt threatened by a manager (Lalina was her name) at a restaurant. I placed an order over the phone using the number on Google Maps for a 1/2 Hawaiian, 1/2 meatball pizza, and was quoted $32. Upon arriving at the scheduled time, I was told they hadn’t received my order. I reluctantly placed the order again in person, but the price was $48—$16 more than what I was quoted on the phone.
When I questioned the price difference, the manager, Lalina, yelled, "I already put it in the oven!" and was extremely rude throughout the entire interaction. I even tried calling the store while I was there to resolve the issue, but my calls were ignored and even hung up on.
At one point, I was told to leave by another individual who was not an employee, and Lalina refused to provide the owner's contact information or the corporate number. The entire situation was handled very poorly, with no regard for customer service or resolution.
As a business owner, I'm appalled by how this situation was managed. Instead of resolving the issue, they chose to waste a pizza, insult a customer, and damage the reputation of their business and Hawaii from a tourists perspective. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to improve their customer service.

I ordered a medium "The Works" pizza for $36 delivered.... the pizza was so soggy the box was sticking to the pizza. Terrible quality, I would not recommend ordering here.
