They keep screwing up the NY style crust pizzas. They make the center too thin by pushing too much dough out to the crust. This makes the center mushy and fall apart and the crust too thick. They shouldn’t treat the NY style dough the same as their traditional crust

NEVER GOING BACK PER THE MANAGERS REQUEST This place used to be a favorite place to grab a bite. But as of late the service has gone a bit downhill with the poor communication and understanding of what the customer is in need of considering they are using a template to make the product. Not to mention the outright immaturity and child like attitude toward the customer.

Every Thursday I order the same thing for pizza night with the family. We get 2 large pepperoni pizzas and an order of garlic Parmesan breadsticks. The past 4 weeks the breadsticks haven’t been made properly. It’s to the point I’m going to quit ordering them. One time they were just buttered, another time they were pencil thin and hard with nothing on top (no butter, parm, or garlic), two times they just had garlic and no Parmesan. Why is it so hard to get what I ordered lately? I’m over it 😤
Papa John’s let me know when yall can figure out how to make them again. Until then, I’m done paying. Bye

Not sure what’s going on with Papa John’s Paa Street location. The pizza quality is getting worse every time I order.

Ordering online or via the app is really easy and my order was done within 15 minutes which is perfect timing when I am on my way home.
As I was driving east on Salt Lake Blvd, a Papa John's driver in a compact blue...I believe a Toyota failed to yield from Peltier Avenue and shot out in front of me forcing me to brake hard. I blew my horn and got a shaka sign from him. His arrogance in thinking he could shoot into traffic without yielding and making a shaka sign doesn't save lives. Beware if you see this driver in the Mapunapuna/Salt Lake area.

Placed an order for delivery at 6:02. Order was to be delivered by 6:47 pm. It’s 7:50 pm. No order. Door dash delivery driver says his application is broken and he can’t deliver. I have called papa johns for an hour straight with no answer and mailbox is full. Door dash says they can’t refund my money since it went through the store. Papa johns doesn’t answer their phone. Highly doubt I will order from here again.

I still don’t understand how I can pay $15 for a pizza but because I get it with a thin crust I’m not able to get the free garlic sauce that comes with other $15 pizzas but yeah you guys give us a seasoning packet that we don’t even want and then demand that I pay another dollar to get a garlic butter I should’ve gotten anyways the only reason we eat at Papa John’s is for your garlic butter and thin crust You guys are losing money every month from me that is for sure because I eat a lot of pizza. I have boys that are picky and we spend multiple hundreds of dollars a month on pizza just not with Papa John’s because of a sauce problem so hopefully you guys think you’re saving a lot of money because you guys are actually losing a lot of money with me

I ordered a delivery and waited for over 1 hour for the pizza to get to my house. The driver gave me the pizza with the garlic sauce container opened and splashed all over the box. The driver had left before I had the chance to show him the open sauce. So I called Papa John’s and I spoke with a lady worker who supposedly tried to transfer my call to the manager who never picks up the phone. I tried to call them several times after that but they kept putting me on hold and I was never able to speak to anyone after that. I will never order anything from Papa John’s anymore. Their customer service is terrible and if anything is wrong in regards to your delivery it is impossible to get to anyone to handle the situation.
