We went there on Tuesday about 1100a. There's a small free parking area and street parking available. This is my go to pastele shop when I'm in kalihi. Always nice people servicing. We got the spicy pasteles and pastele stew. Good eats!!!

This place never disappoint. Location and parking is a bit difficult, but we'll worth it. Service is great, they treat you like family, talk to you like family member, and the food is to die for. The best Pastele on the whole island, in my opinion. The Pastele Shop is the only place I buy Pastele from, hands down to all their hardworking they put into making the best foods..Highly recommend it..

The food is very good and service is fast. But this is NOT a Puertorican restaurant!! It’s more like a Filipino restaurant with a Puertorican hint. If you are looking for authentic PR good; this is not it. We came because of the advertising, but we’re a little confused when we got there. Oh! And it is not dine-in either.
