Had the Salmon Salad- it was delicious.
Man, they are so inefficient in how they handle things, and very much so by choice. Waited 20 minutes for a lemonade because they handle everything in a sequential order. I already paid to get into the museum and watch a show, least you can do is provide us drinks at a reasonable pace.

The shrimp salad is my go-to and I never skip the pot de creme for dessert. Everything I've tried is delicious and service is fast.
Pork sandwich. Pretty expensive, just like most museum cafes, but at least the food is good.
