It says open but every morning I tried to go there it was closed at 7:30am
Small business that serve local food. They are near a industrial area so it can get busy. They do close early (about 1pm). May want to call and place a take-out if you don't want to wait too long.

Penny's is a classic mom and pop's shop with delicious Hawaiian classics. My partner and I tried their garlic chicken and loco moco and were blown away. And they are right about how their service came with a personal touch. After we were done with our meal, the owner was thoughtful enough to welcome us to the island with lei and fruit medley and lemon peel. I would 10/10 recommend!

Wow been on island 30 years first time yesterday's chicken is today's Chicken Katzu. Maybe it was a bad day but I never going back tried to call no answer? I say again Nasty!

Penny's has been a family favorite for decades. We are addicted to the roast turkey plate (get the onions!).
When my wife was recovering in the hospital after our first born, her meal request was a Penny's roast turkey plate.
We stop in whenever we can.
No better low-key, family run grinds on the island!
Kid-friendliness: The staff is so sweet. Our last visit, they gave our kids little fun bags with crayons, coloring pages, etc.
We'll keep returning!

Food was so-so. No prices listed on menu! Two burgers plus drink, $50! Plus tip! Will not return. Definitely not for Seniors! RIPOFF!!
