Good food!
Wow been on island 30 years first time yesterday's chicken is today's Chicken Katzu. Maybe it was a bad day but I never going back tried to call no answer? I say again Nasty!

Penny's has been a family favorite for decades. We are addicted to the roast turkey plate (get the onions!).
When my wife was recovering in the hospital after our first born, her meal request was a Penny's roast turkey plate.
We stop in whenever we can.
No better low-key, family run grinds on the island!
Kid-friendliness: The staff is so sweet. Our last visit, they gave our kids little fun bags with crayons, coloring pages, etc.
We'll keep returning!

Food was so-so. No prices listed on menu! Two burgers plus drink, $50! Plus tip! Will not return. Definitely not for Seniors! RIPOFF!!

Good inexpensive food. Get a mini whatever you like, it's like 3 pounds of food and you will get a "Kanak Attack ". The regular plate is huge, and I am not small. The staff is exceptional and super friendly. I have been a patron since 1963 when Penny only had the lunch wagon and we could get plate lunch for 85-98 cents.
Best corned beef hash and mushroom omelette. The ladies are always so nice.

Very friendly ladies! I was told to come here by my friend and customer Aric who purchased 2 cars from me (25 years apart!) I ordered the hamburger curry golash local style not Hungarian. It was pretty Ono be sure to ask for pickled onions!
