Probably the worst service in Hawaii! The cashier does not carry the Hawaiian spirit and it’s extremely rude and unwelcoming.
There are far better Pho places with better customer service..

Terrible 3 of us had the vermicelli and one had soup all of us had rhe same noodle that was so slimy we could not eat it. We guess rhe noodles had been sitting in water for a very long time.

Would give a 0 for service if I could. Lady at the front today was RUDE and NOT at all helpful. My mom had a question about one of the menu items, and we could tell there was a bit of a language barrier, but that’s not an issue. The issue is that she is unprofessional and ill-mannered. Raised her voice at my mom for no reason, and was aggressive putting the utensils in the bag. Also, this place is far from authentic pho coming from a Vietnamese person. Don’t waste your money or energy dealing with this.

As I was walking inside the food court, I can see the rude lady crossing her arms and look annoyed, I can feel the bad signs, so i decided to look at the reviews first and VOILA!! I was right, the rating only 2.6with just 3 stars. Phew 😮💨 thank god I didn’t order anything from there. We even move our sit bc we feel her aura was so negative

Do not recommend at all! Service is really bad and the staff member also refused to help with allergy questions as well. She said she is not a server and just folded her arms and would not even ask the chef. I will not return.
The food was ok. It looked better than it tasted. The service was bad. The cashier acted as if she did not want to be there, and had no recommendations. I ordered a veggie soup. I honestly had no flavor and was very bland. There were pigeons flying around the tables, waiting for us to drop food.

I haven't tried the food here yet, but I noticed there's a place for Vietnamese soup at the Royal Hawaiian Center. I enjoy Vietnamese food and I think it would be a great place to eat, but I'm not certain about the taste of the broth. Next time I visit Waikiki, I will try it out.
