I haven't tried the food here yet, but I noticed there's a place for Vietnamese soup at the Royal Hawaiian Center. I enjoy Vietnamese food and I think it would be a great place to eat, but I'm not certain about the taste of the broth. Next time I visit Waikiki, I will try it out.
Food: not fresh . Portion small.
Service: it is in a food court so understand no service, but the cashier is not so helpful
Atmosphere: at royal hawaiian center.
Overall: it called as a facotry so tasted like from pre-made can food.

I ordered a veggie soup. I honestly had no flavor and was very bland. There were pigeons flying around the tables, waiting for us to drop food.
