We went here on the recommendation from one of the local vietnamese aunties and I'm glad we did, because the phở was delicious.

I’ve been visiting family on Oahu for 40 years and Pho To Chau was the kind of place we used to love to come to in Chinatown - rooted in fresh, real food, prepared with care and served with hospitality. I love the old fashioned step back in time. While the windows might be a little dirty, inside it’s neat as a pin and clean. We got Bun, spring rolls (wrap in lettuce with mint and sauce, papaya salad (here it’s grated fresh and served w/o dressing and you dress yourself), and pho with plenty of basil, sorrel, jalopeno, lime and bean sprouts. What a fresh healthy meal! Cash only and great for a big group.

Got the how to Roll the fried spring roll inside the freah lettuce add noodles add mint...special sauce.... So good. And the Pho came with a plate loaded with Assian veggies, thia basil, bunch of limes and jalapenos. Owner and sister so sweet and nice. So worth the Red Trolly Route ride from Wikiki Trolley

This place has been around forever and is a little family owned business on Oahu. My cousin is a regular here and they don't even ask what he wants to order anymore. He just sits down and the food comes out for him. What service! The main dish anyone comes here for is their Pho. My go to is the combination Pho. It's always consistent and the flavors are great. If you're in the area, I'd recommend stopping by and giving them a try.

Best pho comes with legendary bad slow service. But good things are worth waiting for! Amazing this place hasn't changed in decades - except for price

This pho specialty store is housed in a building that gives you a sense of the times, and the pho is served with plenty of things like bean sprouts and medicinal herbs on top. Beef-based soup is the best. The M size was full of volume. However, please note that you cannot pay by card, only cash. I ended up with only $2 left.
