This place was perfect for my little family with small children. Casual, affordable, and delicious pasta. We got spaghetti with butter, arribiatta, carbonara, and their version of Mac n cheese (forget the name). 2 of the dishes were made with rigatoni which was fantastic and has a nice bite. The spaghetti was a bit overcooked though tbh, hence 4 stars on food. Sauce wise the carbonara and the Mac n cheese were the best. Arrabbiata was good too, but too spicy for us lol.

It took over 1 hour for our food THEN they forgot one meal. It took over 1 hour for 2 pastas. We had to wait again, we were told 5 mins and ended up waiting another 30. It wasn't the worst pasta but not worth waiting that long. We missed the entire sunset waiting in a parking lot. Then, 1 out of 3 pastas was the wrong one that we ordered. Absolutely horrible.

Lives the Caesar salad! The pasta was delicious. Fresh and hot. It's in an odd location but well worth it! It is a good truck so don't look for a restaurant.

Food was great… carbonara and garlic bread. Hard to eval the atmosphere of a food truck, but location was good and safe. Depending on time of day and popularity, it can take awhile to get your order. Mine took 30mins

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but we waited about an hour for our food when we were told it would take 12 minutes. The food wasn't bad tasting, but it was undercooked. Portion size is ok for $15. We also didn't get the bread we ordered.

We visited this truck at the very beginning of our trip, and had to come back a second time at the end. Andrew was lovely both times, great conversation and customer service! He was definitely part of why we chose to come back a second time. The carbonara was probably the best I have ever had, and my partner said the same about the gnocchi bolognese. The garlic bread was great as well. Highly recommend getting some pasta and watching the sunset on the beach, or taking it back home for a chill night in!
