I'm not a tapas kinda guy but this place was so good. Everything was on point. Would definitely come back.

Surprisingly good food and service, but parking's a little complicated, and it's right in fron of a bus stop on Kuhio Ave. Recommend it if you're out walking in the vicinity of International Marketplace!

Tip #1 : Parking in the Lilia Waikiki was a hard pass for us. Would not recommend.. Limited space, elevators don't work, we don't live in the building so to access the structure was hard without a key.. We had to walk up the garage ramp just to get back to our car on the 2nd floor.. They do validate parking 2hrs for $4 - leaving the structure the machine wasn't working either so we had to call the attendant which questions us on why we can't go out.. First of all sir.. We ate at the restaurant, your elevators aren't working, the doors are all key access only and your machine to leave is not working either. We had a reservation for 6:30PM but thankfully got seated earlier by the host. OUTSIDE Seating only - lots of foot traffic and bus sounds since it's on the main road of Kuhio. There was indoor seating but the vent is not working so they only sat people outside. BUSY for Happy hour so definitely get there earlier. The service was great! Our server was fast & friendly. Drinks and food tasted amazing and worth its price. Highly recommend getting the mango ice cream, we most definitely will be back for that.

Just an FYI, the landlord of this building hasn't fixed the elevator for the parking structure in a while according to them, so we're glad we park on the second level since we had to walk down. There is no other option but to walk up the parking ramp when you get back to your car, which is a little dangerous in my opinion, but it's not the Restaurant fault but just wanted to give customers a heads up The food was great, but not spectacular. The best thing on the menu that we liked was the Okinawan udon noodles, great texture and flavor. They should've given two gyozas for the pupu platter. The service was great, friendly and professional. If you eat indoors, it might get a bit smoky from cooking the food because we were the only ones inside and it did get a bit smoky so I can imagine if it's crowded. Since it's in Waikiki and we don't go there that often I think if anything I would order the noodles to go and pick it up.

Upon arriving, the parking was a little tight as guest share parking with valets, which seems to take up most of the parking stalls. The elevator was broken, so had to walk down stairs to get to the street level, and back up ramp to get back to the car, due to exit locked to the staircase. The Lilia, is a fairly new building. Elevator being out, and parking meter machine broken is unusual The food was not very impressive. The Okinawan soba noodles was drenched in a very heavy sauce, which is not traditional Okinawan as usually sauces are light. The cucumber tomato poke tasted like kimchee. The chicken wings was a little dry The Bao buns with pork belly was ok The sampler was ok The bread pudding was ok. I decided to dine inside, away from the entertainment, and street noise only to be seated next to employees talking shop behind us. Upon payment, server made a mistake, on the receipt, and undercharged me, which I bought to her attention. She had to run my card second time, and forgot to return my card, and I had to return after leaving to get my card back Seems like more of a tourist vibe, and not really a place I will be dining again

I was tempted by happy hour and ordered it.
Hamburgers and cocktails.
But when I saw the billing, what? そんなにハッピーな値段じゃないじゃん!
Well, okay. It's great to be able to relax during the day.
This is Hawaii, so anything goes!

The happy hour hamburger is only $5 but it tastes pretty mediocre. Nice vibe.

We were eyeing their daily 2-6pm happy hour special so we came in on a Friday 3pm. Didn’t have beer but we did order the burger and Bao special. Both were good but we rated the burger over the Bao. We ordered the burger in medium rare and it was cool perfectly in light pink. The Bao had a pork belly which had some great sauce and the pork belly was fatty. Service was great as we mentioned to our server that we’ve been trying out different burgers. Around 3pm, the bar was somewhat full but they have a counter facing the Kuhio street and more tables in the back. We sat at the counter since we’re only trying the burger and Bao. Overall, good and service was good. Would definitely add this place on my list.

I gave it one start simple because the food was good. However the service was to be desired. After my meal I asked for a soft serve in a bowl. The manager brings it over to me and says I gave you a free cone. When that couldn’t be further from the truth. He brought the cone because he made a mistake and instead of giving me what I asked for he simply decided to lie and at the same time insult my intelligence. I asked the waiter was that gentleman with the long sleeve a manager he looks around as if he’s lost and confused and doesn’t understand my question. But eventually he says he’s a manager in training. I asked him to ask him to come over to my table to which he replies “ Ooh what you want some free ice cream?” This micro aggression deeply offended me, and I corrected him, emphasizing that I did not want anything for free or a discount. My intention was to highlight the importance of integrity, acknowledging that simple mistakes should be corrected and honesty should be upheld.

Awesome burger here on the happy hour menu, we enjoyed it. A little confusion with the server and cook during our visit which kinda made it a little awkward for us but they worked it out and offered us free French fries. They were delicious.

Long, long wait for food, and not busy. Servers non attentive. They take your order and bring the check. Nothing more. Definitely NOT Hawaiian hospitality at this place.

Recommend food upstairs from the store. Much better.
Staff is rude - hate people who buys food upstairs

The food was delicious and the live entertainment was good - not too loud. Only negative was that we'd booked a table ‘outside' and none were available when we arrived at our booked time. Then we accepted seating at the front raised bench that had stools with no backs when we prefer a seat for dining in. That was actually fun for people watching but the sample menu was right in front of us so people walking by were stopping to read it so not very private. The staff were very attentive. We would return as we really enjoyed the food. The green beans we had as a side were tasty and fresh.

Great food, the cheapest we found in Waikiki. Small menu but very delicious

We didn't have a good experience here and the food was not great. The hostess was pretty rude and made us wait until everyone in our group was there to seat us down, so we could not start ordering anything while waiting for the rest of our friends which in turn would have been more profitable to them (more time spent in the restaurant = more drinks). There are no veggie/vegan options in the happy hour menu and the only options they have in the main menu do not contain protein and are not healthy. The Potato and Avocado Poke we ordered didn't contain any avocado (see photo). And finally the waitress was complaining about splitting the bill into 2 because it would take more than 10 minutes to process. We definitely won't come back. There's plenty of other places where you get better food and treatment!
