Buffet is a joke, half the food wasn't there. No bread sticks, no pasta, old pizza and not much of it. No paremsean or red pepper flakes. No straws. The place stunk, the bathrooms were atrocious. Paid over $40 for my family and we for SURE did not get our monies worth. We were told we could have salad yet no salad came. We paid $40 to share 3 half filled pans of old pizza... the hostess was too busy talking on the phone through her apple ear pods to tend to the buffet or bring us the straws and salads we asked for. Never going again.

It’s the closest Pizza Hut to me and I have the worst experience every time I order from this location. They never want to fix their errors and I’ve started ordering from the school street one instead. They always nail the orders. At the Kuakini location, I ordered cheese sticks and they didn’t even put enough cheese so the cheese burned and they weren’t those iconic Pizza Hut cheese sticks. Sadly, they wouldn’t replace them.

Ordered on the website and this wasn’t my first order here. The pizza arrived cold and was disappointed. I called the store and they put me on hold twice and eventually offered me $10 for a future order. I just got off work from being up at 5am, for the military. I’m staying in a hotel.

I had ordered a pepperoni specialty pizza at around 8pm and went to pick it up 20 mins later and it was almost rock hard. It looked and tasted like the pizza was sitting there for an hour. It definitely wasn't a fresh baked. This was my second time this has happened Don't go to this Pizza Hut location

Not a fan of this place. You have to order at the counter for dine in, where they ask for a tip before they've done anything. Our dine-in food was brought to us in take-out containers. We bussed our own table and refilled our own drinks. I'm not sure how they can even justify asking for a tip.

Well for such a big place I expected more, ALOT more!for one for all those seats why do they only have one bar out there. I've seen really small pizza huts have atleast three with some amazing choices, And to have spoken so highly about pizza hut and bringing my son to experience it for the first time with me I would have to say it was embarrassing for me to have spoken so highly of pizza hut and got next to nothing when we were there they didn't even have the basics at the bar, as in, no pepperoni pizza, no cheese pizza, and only one crappy dried up dessert. It had to have been there for atleast 2 hours. I don't know maybe I'm being to judgemental cause I'm a dedicated ? pizza hut guy, I'm just kidding. I do expect better cause I remember better. Pizza hut was and I mean was the best in the world to me that is but after this experience I don't know all I can say is, Disappointed on my end, I'll never go back to that location again what a waste of space. All those seats and only one bar they should reduce the seating down to two booths cause that's all the food they put out to feed, and the price oh my gosh, ridiculous. Anyways never again will I get my hopes up obout pizza hut it's like they say "Expect the worst and hope for the best" never ever did I expect to have to think that way about Pizza Hut, but here I am thank you for listening and may Jesus be with you. Store experience is excellent, but the call center in Texas wad terrible. I had to drive to the store to make an order because the call center couldn't even locate the store with kuakini address. They even had my phone number a couldn't lookup history. Total idiots
