This place is 100% 5 stars, but unfortunately they changed their delivery radius on all of their platforms and can no longer get their food delivered. Suchhhh a bummer, hence the 3 star review.

First of all, I don't really like pizza, but the pizza here is really delicious. It's not that bad, but I keep craving it. It's salty and the dough is a work of art. Salad is so good
It's uncomfortable to sit, but I get tired when I eat pimac.

The pizza was amazing. I’m from New Jersey and absolutely loved the Brooklyn style pizza. Tasted like every pizzeria I’ve been to in New Jersey and NYC. Best pizza on the island

Best NY style pizza on Oahu hands down. Worth the price. Freshness and flavor met and exceeded expectations for pizza on Hawaii. Definitely worth your time visiting Pizza Mamo, especially if you’re from the north east

If you ask me it's worth a trip to Hawaii just to get a pie at this place!
Why not? Frankly I'm hard pressed to not call it my #1 favorite pizza ever. Had 4 visits here over a period of a year.
Consistently A+.
Tiny little hole in the wall place but damn they have a pie that's a life changing taste experience. Don't believe me? Ok get on that plane to Hawaii and find out for yourself.

The person in charge of the place seems to be stressed too much, he is a bit rude for not knowing how to mediate with stress

Ordered a Detroit pizza thinking it would be enough for two people and it’s definitely not. $30 for a personal sized pizza feels like robbery. Worst pizza place in Honolulu so far.

Just went to get a slice at MAMO at request from the owner of Carelli's in Craig, Colorado. MAMO only had pepperoni, or mushroom or Margherita pizza available. It appeared that everything for sale out on the counter was old. I got the pepperoni as the friendly, counter lady said the pie just came out of the oven. Didn't look like it, however. But I ordered it anyway, trusting her to give me good information.

The crust is thin and crispy. The taste is "okay". Like $5.75 a slice.... Which is pricey in my opinion for 1/8 large pie slice. The thin sauce had some zest to it. not very cheesy. The pepperonis were small kind size and were "ok". She warmed the slice up in the oven. Taste however was nothing to write home about and not memorable . Maybe I am too picky, but being from NYC and desiring a good slice, this slice didn't cut it for me. I took it home, couple blocks away and ate it there.
I told her about a friend of mine from NYC who recently opened a pizza place in Craig, Colorado. Showed her pictures of his place and examples of his pies. She's from Colorado too. The guy in the back had a big smile on his face when I walked in the door, which was inviting,
Would I run back over there and get another one? Probably not. Not for that price. I told her I wanted a sausage... but they didn't have any....the small place was empty at 3:30pm. Why not make a fresh sausage pizza? The outside of the pizza place is NOT inviting. Quite dirty. Not welcoming. And doesn’t make me think that this is a good place to get food. When it comes to food, I think cleanliness. Neither is the inside. Dark, simple, dingy. Not welcoming.
Guy Hagi from the news gave a great review about the pizza several months ago on TV, so I thought I would try it. He had a sausage pizza in addition to other kinds that looked like ones I used to get in NYC. But I was disappointed at MAMO.

The place next door on the corner called "FETE" looked inviting, had outdoor seating and was busy. I may try that place in the future. Food on plates looked enticing,

Decent pizza, but Brooklyn definitely doesn't serve fluffy 16" slices for $5.50 or pies for $27. Crowded, but made to order and tasted really fresh.

Located in the heart of Chinatown, Pizza Mamo has best pizza on the island in Honolulu, possibly the entire island of Oahu. The staff is super friendly and helpful with suggestions. The food is amazing, quality ingredients on a perfectly cooked pizza pie and they have excellent drink selection is also very good.

Parking: Not sure if it’s actually free or metered because I wasn’t driving and I wasn’t paying attention. I can tell you it’s 100% to lock up your bike right outside the restaurant.
