Both the food and drinks are of a quality that cannot be called a lounge. And even though it was empty, I had to wait for almost an hour. As other people have reviewed, Priority Pass is meaningless. I don't want to use it again.

Staff needs to get training on how to treat customers
Absolute worthless! Waited an hour to get into the lounge to end up with package snacks for lunch. Seem like leftover snacks from hawaiian airlines. Avoid at all costs

Literally always full, and they don’t bother contacting you if you go on a wait list. When you do get in, they hector you about where to sit and what to eat, and they offer the bizarre combination of canned soup and cookies. Don’t waste your time trying to schlep all the way here.
The lounge creates unnecessary wait times for priority pass members only. All other eligible entrants are able to enter at any time but priority pass members have more than 40 to 60 min wait times at any given time which defeats the purpose of a lounge. The lounge definitely doesn't seem to be at capacity at a quick visual inspection and my little one was not permitted to use their restroom before the wait-list cleared out.

Sliders, soup, and snacks were good. It is a nice place to rest before the next flight.

Simple lounge with only a few options but all were tasty. We really enjoyed the kalua pork and the minestrone.
They wouldn’t let us in even though it was hardly busy to due a wait list. Not even to grab a drink when I pay for the benefits to use the lounge.

We bought entry for $40 USD per person. Located at the top most level of the airport on the third floor, the lounge has the feel of a care home dining room with a stunning view of the rooftop car park. The facilities included a softdrink machine and a coffee machine - I wasn't game enough to try. Tea urns were available as well as hot and cold water! A toilet is also included for this price but I did not see any other trip amenities.
The expertly prepared breakfast menu included a limited selection of day old pasteries, no toast, boiled eggs, a vast selection of 2 types of cut fruit, pre-packaged cereal and squares of cheese in plastic.
Lunch served from 10am included minestrone soup; carrot and celery sticks with some sort of dip. There was a make your own slider option of pulled pork on a sweet or sweet taro roll with a bucket of plain tomato sauce to ladle on top. It was edible; a truly inspired menu!
Choices of alcohol were 2 beers, 2 wines (red/white) and a dragon fruit seltzer that tastes like dispair.
It was reasonably busy, brightly lit, and noisy. Limited charging ports are available. It creates an area that will definitely escalate any flying anxiety you might have.
Overall, the only nice thing I have to say is that I can definitely guarantee that this lounge is making money from you.
