The front desk staff members are friendly but sometimes laughed as loud as the disruptive kids and screaming baby. However, most of time it was funny to hear their infectious laughter…but overall difficult to deal with the combination of noises. If you don’t mind different noises and just want a cool place to relax before heading to your gate for a short wait, it is fine. However, a long wait…you might find it to be uncomfortable…there is no storage for items here which...
For the most of my experience, there's always good food. The fridge is stocked with beers and hard water (alcoholic carbonated flavored water), and the place is clean and well-maintained....maybe because the patrons also respect the fact of cleaning up after themselves, so it's really nice. New hours: open until 10pm!...which is nice for night flights.

This is a basic club. I can’t wait for the new one to emerge now that Alaska and Hawaiian merged. This is an ok lounge that does the job, it just basic. The food options were good and they even have poke, which was a nice surprise. Not a bad lounge, just out of the way and a little basic.
