This is my first time writing a review and oh my god this is the slowest restaurant ever, I order on the kiosk hungry right because usually it takes 5 minutes, oh I was wrong I sit there for 30 minutes with other people waiting and when I ask they say they forgot our order??? And they have the audacity 12 more minutes DO NOT go to this place if you're hungry or value your time at all.

I love the chicken here but unfortunately the atmosphere and service here is horrendous. I placed an online order and had to wait a long time for it. They seemed so disorganized. It's my fault that I didn't check the bag before leaving but I was missing a chicken sandwich and my 8 piece meal only had 7 pieces. Of course I didn't realize this until I got home. When I tried calling the restaurant the phone only rang and rang. When I reached out via their app, I was first offered a $10 credit that didn't even cover my missing items. I chose to get dinner from there, the next time I will choose somewhere else.

This place is my nightmare. Customer service is terrible 😢 so sad. It might be the worse customer service in Honolulu. The manager is so rude and they don’t even greet you when you get there.

The craziest thing happened in their Kapahulu store last night. I ordered delivery of 8 spicy thighs plus 12 Sweet Heat Sauces and 2 ketchup packets. I paid extra for them bec I know thighs are supposed to be more expensive than legs. When my food came to my apartment, I noticed they gave me 4 legs and 4 thighs and none of the sauces that I specifically requested on the receipt. I called their store to complain. The manager answered and gave me the most ridiculous answer. He kept telling me to come to their store to pick up the 4 spicy thighs and the sauce packets. I told him I can't bec I tested positive for COVID and need to be isolating. That was why I had to pay so much for the delivery in the first place. And he had the nerve to tell me to just order something again, like a sauce packet for 25 cents, so they could use UberEats to deliver. I told them in order to place a delivery online, I would have to spend another $25 again ($12 minimum order, $7 tip, and the rest for delivery fee, service fee and tax). I refuse to pay for a mistake that they did. I even told them if there are any issues, call me. The UberEats driver was able to call me to let me know they ran out of mango lemonade, so I was able to choose a replacement. I even reminded him on the phone don't forget my Sweet Heat sauces! He said ok. But no sauce came to my apartment and I'm very upset bec I even paid him his tip! 😡 After putting me on hold in the phone for 30 mins, they finally responded when I told them I would complain to corporate. This lady named Vera told me she already placed the order again and to wait for the delivery to come to my apartment but nothing came. I waited till 9:30 pm. Complained in their customer service app to have somebody call me back, but nothing. Are these people serious??? They want me, someone who tested positive for COVID, to actually come down their store to get the order that I placed and paid delivery for. @Popeye's if you are listening, shame on you for doing this to your customers. Couldn't you have at least ordered it again on the app and paid for the delivery charge on your end? Your stupid manager kept telling me it would be free. I asked him to guide me through the process and give me a coupon code or something bec I know as hell it won't be free! But your manager kept insisting that I either place an order again or pick it up in-store. He obviously DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING. You should fire a manager like that. He is not meant in Customer Service.​

Today was the second time in a week that we ordered our local Popeyes… We got an Uber eats delivery last week which we had two for one wings on the Uber eats app, but they charge us for both orders and they did not deliver the sandwich… I tried to call the store maybe 30 times and heard nothing from anyone they didn’t answer they kept hang up on me… So today my wife was hungry and she wanted some spicy wings so we ordered some more and a sandwich… But however, we paid for both orders of wings which was supposed to be two for one which was not and we paid for the Sandwich, which we got. I tried to call the store again at least 30 times. No one answers the phone there. I don’t know what the issue is. We called Uber eats and the people at Uber eats were great, but we still had a giant issue with our orders. We paid double when they said it was two for one and last week we paid for a sandwich that we never even got. I am just at the end of my rope with that company. I hope they can figure this out… It is so frustrating that they can’t Honor their offer or deliver everything that was ordered. They still managed to charge me. I’m about 30 bucks in the hole for two orders of wings and a sandwich that I never got…

Workers are rude. Food takes a very long time, meaning long lines and 20 minutes before food is ready. First come first serve, no priority for online orders,doors locked at 9pm, Must have a vehicle to go through drive thru and patience.
