We stumbled upon Pressed by chance while out on a walk, and we're so glad we did. We decided to pick up six different flavours of a mix of their juices and smoothies, and so far we've tried three—and all of them have been fantastic! Each one has been bursting with fresh, natural flavors that make it clear they use good-quality ingredients. Not only are they delicious, but they feel like a healthy choice too. We can't wait to try the rest of the flavours and will definitely be back for more.

Workers need a course in customer service. Love the brand but the girls you have working the counter have a serious attitude problem. Felt unwelcomed and they seemed to be bothered that we were even in there.

Why does pressed look like they’re hiding something with the new frost glass hiding the toppings?

The biggest complaint I have is the bait and switch pricing…. Online it’s $60 but in store it’s $70 and they don’t mention to you even if you have an account with them…. I assumed it’s the same price but no, order online and it’s $10 cheaper with free delivery!!!

I have been using this service since 2018, but 3 days ago I met a regular clerk for the first time. She had a normal customer service attitude and made ice cream beautifully. This is normal service at other stores, but it feels great here. This is because other staff members are unmotivated, make mistakes, and skimp on acai bowls and ice cream.

Yesterday I received the worst product ever. Her customer service attitude was average, but I was surprised that the ice cream she gave me had more toppings. She went to the back immediately after we gave it to her, and we were confused, but the other staff members had a friend visiting and didn't know about it until we called out to them. When I showed them a photo of the ice cream I bought 3 days ago, they immediately added more ice cream on top, but they didn't seem particularly apologetic and I was disappointed in their customer service attitude. Why doesn't this store have a staff member who can provide normal customer service?

I've been going there for years and it was such a bad experience that I wanted to write a review. I like ice cream, so I'd like to go there again on June 17th when there are regular staff.

I am in love with this place for substituting my meals with low calorie juices. This is my favorite new place.

Parking: It's at Ala Moana mall. That's all you need to know.

Kid-friendliness: My kids were acting kind of crazy and hiding in these blocks they had on the side and they were saying kids always do that and being totally cool. That was awesome!

Wheelchair accessibility: It is on the ground floor of Ala Moana and easily accessible by wheelchair.

I enjoy the juices from Pressed. Working crazy hours makes it hard to prepare food for myself. Ordering from Pressed saves me time. But both of recent orders were delivered to the wrong apartment. I was able to get my first one redelivere. As for the second one, I was told I will not be able to get a refund or another order. This is because it is not the first time this has happened. So how is this my fault? Truly disappointed.

Went to Pressed the other day for the first time in a while and had a great experience. I was greeted by an employee named Grace who was extremely helpful and polite. By far made my experience at Pressed an overall 5 stars! I will definitely be visiting more frequently
