I asked if the pretzels came with 2 free sauces as the board stated. Lady said yes, I asked for 2 sauces. I asked to confirm they were free and she agreed a second time.
Item price $10 came up to $13 after tax, didn't think anything of it until she started fulfilling the order. I asked why she lied, she just stated it costs extra and never explained herself.
Small and mostly insignificant but misleading advertising and frustrating.

I get we came at closing time but you were still open and level of rudeness was not necessary especially when the customer right before us was a friend and got good service. (Saturday 12/3)

Fresh soft pretzels ? I don’t like pretzels much but it was pretty good! Not too salty. Fresh! And u can choose dipping sauces! No picture but pretzel dog was pretty good! Except little hard to cut. Next time I will choose mini dogs ?

Arrived to location I didn't know they close 730 but we arrived 731pm and looks like they closed way before 730 they was already covering some stuff already missed out free pretzel day ? guess need to get there way before they close

I love eating pretzels whenever I’m at the mall and as I approached the store I was in a good mood because, well, I saw pretzels. The worker there was very snobby and talked to me like I was d**** She looked at me with this look on her face and she just overall had a bad attitude. Pretzels are okay but you have to pay over a dollar just to get cheese because they don’t already come with the pretzels.

8 mini pretzel-dogs are not a bad price. They offer seasonings on the products, though I prefer butter and salt. The shop itself is small and the line is on the sidewalks and crowds come in 6 people sized groups. Normally it's either 0-2 people there in line or 4-8 people at a time.

Don't be dicouraged by my post, go check it out, I'm sure you'll find lots of great and delicious yummy eats in here. Soft pretzels are very hard for me to say no to, I'll be back and just maybe I'll buy a soft pretzel!
