As expensive as it is, my kids love their mini pretzel dogs. I ordered the 16 pc cup but only got 13. What a rip off. Would not recommend.

Pretzelmaker has been a cherished part of my snack-time memories since childhood, especially reminiscent of the days when there was a branch in Pearlridge. Now, whenever I find myself in Kahala Mall, the decision to indulge in a Pretzelmaker treat is always a tantalizing dilemma. My go-to choice, the parmesan cheese, salt, and butter pretzel, is nothing short of a heavenly combination, striking the perfect balance between savory and indulgent. One of the things I appreciate most about Pretzelmaker is their commitment to freshness. Being informed of a 10-minute wait for a freshly baked pretzel is a small price to pay for such quality. The wait always proves worthwhile when I take that first bite into the soft, deliciously warm pretzel. It's an experience that engages all the senses - the aroma, the warm, tender texture, and the rich flavor are unparalleled. In comparison, other pretzel brands just don't measure up to the standard set by Pretzelmaker. Another great aspect of Pretzelmaker is the convenience of taking these delights home. The pretzels reheat wonderfully in the microwave, retaining their soft texture and flavor, making them a perfect snack for later. It's this combination of taste, freshness, and convenience that keeps me coming back for more, and makes Pretzelmaker a standout in the world of snack foods.

I think their small drinks are too expensive, and the soda didn't taste like the dr.pepper I ordered. $6+ for two small sodas that's a lot. The lady working needs to smile she needs some customers' service attitude.

Even small pretzels are expensive, but if you're craving salty carbs, here's the place to grab it and go. Service is efficient. It's refreshing not to be charged for a bag these days since it has to be included to keep the oily pretzels contained until you're ready to eat them. There's not much more to say, if you go you know what you're bargaining for.

One of the few ones (if not the only one) left on the island. Love their bite size pretzels with cinnamon sugar.

Staff is very friendly. The hotdog bites with the butter and salt are yummy. Honestly, a cup of those anywhere anytime makes for a good shareable munch.

Better than Auntie Anne's, that's for sure!To be honest, I never really grew up loving pretzels, I chalked it up to be bland bread. But after 22 years on this Earth, Pretzelmaker changed my mind. I luckily came when they were making a fresh batch of mini pretzel dogs and oh my god they were so delicious coated in butter! The breading was extremely soft and fluffy--it was just perfect!

Best time to go is right when they open. We were there going on Sunday, so that was possible this day. The workers are fresh and still perky and the pretzels are nice and fresh. Of course didn't matter about freshness since my bites sat in my back for a couple hours. But still ono with the jalapeno cheese dip!My gf got the pretzel dog bites she fed to her boys...and we had a couple. Love those things. They'd be even better if I thought to use the jalapeno cheese dip!I just love soft pretzels...

Supreme quality hot dogs (I think it's 100% angus beef) with the pretzel dogs. I really love their jalapeño nacho dipping sauce as well. A great place for high quality animal protein with some nacho zing!! I really rely on this eatery when near Kahala Mall. Glad they are still in business, because the one at Ala Moana is long closed~!!

What a nostalgic spot in Kahala Mall! I remember coming here and smelling the freshly made pretzels. I signed up for the app and got a $3 reward for my birthday! Thus, I treated myself to some mini pretzel dogs! They're so good I wanted to eat all 8 pieces, but I refrained and saved 2 for my parents! What a guilty pleasure! The service was very friendly and fast too.

I get we came at closing time but you were still open and level of rudeness was not necessary especially when the customer right before us was a friend and got good service. (Saturday 12/3)

I get we were there right before closing but the level of rudeness was not necessary especially when the customer right before us was a friend and seemed to get way better service. Also we did not realize it was closing have not been to the mall at night in a long time did not realize closing was at 8 always thought it was 9. So being unaware of that when ordering asking for something and being told no we're don't have have that and being annoyed could have been hi hello we're about to close this is all we have would have been a better approach. I work in retail I know the customer is not always right but right off the bat a customer does not deserve your irritation to begin with.

So simple but so gooooood. Fresh baked bread and butter salt. Makes me happy. Really depends on the person working the window. Some have been good other times so much salt you can't eat it. The pretzel is good but seasoning is up to the person preparing. Addictive so we have no choice to buy when we are hungry.

Soft pretzels are one of my favorite mid-shopping treats. My son and I really enjoy the bites because they're easier to eat. Especially when dipping in the variety of sauces that are oh so yummy! Who doesn't love them? My only gripe is that the Kahala Mall location has hit or miss customer service. Sometimes the ladies are really nice. But most times, they are clearly less than enthused to be there. Let alone to serve anyone. That is beyond clear! I'm so bummed they closed their Ala Moana location. The employees were far more helpful and friendly. And they always remembered our order. (What can I say? We like what we like!) If Windward Mall wasn't so "far" I'd definitely shop there over Kahala Mall!
