Franceska is wonderful and did such an amazing job on decorating a cake for my wife and sister-in-law. Cannot recommend her cakes enough for those who have gluten, dairy, and other dietary needs/ preferences. We had the double layered strawberry guava cake with coconut icing. Also added fruit and flours to the top. Such a treat :)
If you are gluten free, this is the only place on the island to get the most delicious baked goods. Everything is 100% gluten free including cakes, pies, breads and savory goodness foods. I never miss a visit whenever on the island!
