Franceska is wonderful and did such an amazing job on decorating a cake for my wife and sister-in-law. Cannot recommend her cakes enough for those who have gluten, dairy, and other dietary needs/ preferences. We had the double layered strawberry guava cake with coconut icing. Also added fruit and flours to the top. Such a treat :)

I called several hours out to request a chocolate gf cake for a birthday dinner. She was able to accommodate me on short notice. These awesome chocolate cupcakes are topped with fresh fruits and flowers. The gold flakes, beads & sugar granules were such a nice added touch. The presentation and taste are amazing and I would highly recommend. The chocolate “frosting” tastes like chocolate truffle, which is soo much better tasting than traditional frosting. I got extra and am looking forward to leftovers! Highly recommended!!

We were so lucky to to have had Susan and Franceska provide our beautiful, delicious, and affordable wedding cake and cupcakes! We let Susan know our flavors and dietary preferences (vegan) before the tasting, and decided to go non-vegan for the wedding cake due to personal preference, but both options were delicious (and gluten-free of course). Susan had prepared many cupcakes of various flavor combinations for the tasting. As we chatted, it was clear how much she cares for and does for her surrounding community through her baking. Just a note - for the tasting, the cupcakes weren't necessarily aesthetic, but the final product was BEAUTIFUL! Franceska was very helpful answering all of my questions via text regarding price, cupcakes vs. cakes, delivery vs. pick-up, etc, and when I gave her creative liberty with the flowers, she did an amazing job! We ended up coordinating with Franceska to have a friend pick everything up for us and it all went smoothly. We were very grateful for Susan and Franceska's support!

This cupcake was absolutely amazing!! The shop moved locations temporarily and the owner met us in the parking lot because we were at the wrong spot! Lol 10/10!!
Highly recommend stopping here if you are looking for gluten free options! We came by twice so far and enjoyed several sandwiches for lunch and sweet treats for snacks. All of our gluten eaters also loved their baked goods!

Love this place, I'm not even gluten free or vegetarian but their baked goods are delicious regardless. From experience, it's rare that I come across a tasty gluten free treat or even bread but they have mastered it somehow. I would recommend the cinnamon roll with the icing(also vegetarian). Also, they're strictly gluten free so no worries with cross contamination or whatever. Expensive though. But hey it's Hawaii, but still no excuse.
