I first ordered Sapporo ramen then I tried rairai ramen but it turned out the name of the restaurant was Rairai Sapporo ramen. I would not recommend the spicy ramen.

I have eaten ramen at their other location years ago and it was good, no doubt. I just went to this location as I was so ono for ramen and on that side of town. I just realized how amazing their ramen flavor and texture really is!!
I had spicy char siu miso ramen and they put extra heat and it was perfect and not too over powering. The noodles were fresh and so good ?
the broth was thick and not too salty.
I wish I could go again today but for me I need to watch my spending and weight management ?
Now knowing their ramen is really awesome I will spend my cash where it is well deserved!!

My experience was OUTRAGEOUS. The foods alright, but the service and environment? It’s not pleasing. To start off, the server, front desk lady was lazy, and rude. We asked for one simple favor and she was the one who made us do it.
But next, the environment. When the server sat us, the chairs were so dirty! There was one with unidentified liquid all over the chair. There was also another chair that had rice and solids that were dried up. We had to clean it up ourselves.

Bugs in table seasoning …Decided to try something new and now I am officially traumatized from this experience…Upon entering, the atmosphere wasn’t very welcoming. Mind you me and my friend was the only two there?. The waitress didn’t say more than 3 words within the 20 minutes we were there but I thought maybe it was just a language barrier. She never asked what we wanted to drink, I guess water was our only option because that’s what she brought. Food was brought out rather quickly although the ramen in my opinion was very under seasoned & flavorless. I noticed there were “seasonings” on the table which I tried to use to fix it up. My friend did the same. He placed the seasoning down and at first glance I thought my eyes were deceiving me or maybe the seasoning was settling still from being shook. With closer examination, I noticed small bugs throughout the bottle of seasoning. DISGUSTED, DISTURBED is not the word. I check the next table.. SAME THING. We called the waitress she said she could remake , I politely declined. She didn’t charge us it was “ free “. There’s that . The most I heard her speak to us the whole time. One positive that I can say is that the gyoza was very fresh.I understand things happen. But that’s ridiculous. I feel for the most part sanitation wise those things should be cleaned out regularly and if that’s going on up front, what’s the sanitation in the back where we can’t see ? I wish I would’ve got pictures but honestly I was just too freaked out and disturbed.

I’m not a ramen lover in general and this place has changed my mind - the only restaurant in which I’ll eat ramen- and they also have other great options. The hostess is always so polite and friendly alsoe
