I have brought many friends to this quaint & quiet little oasis of a cafe, but have never written a review. Heard they were closing shop at the end of 2025 so I decided to finally write a review.
Owners Elliott & Jerry are very polite, gracious & accommodating hosts. Even though my friends & I are there for a couple of hours, we always looked around to make sure we weren't taking up a valuable table. We visited Raintree mainly for their coffee & baked goods. The 1st time I had their latte, it was uniquely different & delicious. The difference? Organic coffee with quality ingredients. Hard to imagine that would matter, but it does. They got me sold on organic coffee & ingredients. We've tried many of their baked goods, their scones, muffins, lilikoi cheesecake, guava cheesecake, croissants are all so moist & delicious. On our most recent visit, it was getting pretty warm midday & after our coffee & pastry, we wanted something cold to drink. Elliott suggested an
iced green with roasted rice tea so we thought, "why not?" We were surprised at the flavor of it & it will be my new "go to" cold drink.
It will be sad when they close up shop as we will need to find a new place that has the same quality service, ambience, coffee, tea & baked goods.

When you are craving coffee or something sweet, near Young st and Pensacola is Raintree bakery Coffeehouse.

It's a quiet place to unplug from town life. You can get something to go but I suggest that you sit down and have the waiter serve you.

If you close your eyes and listen to the old time music, the milk steaming, muffled conversations around you. You can get the feel of being in a European cafe' without the pesky travel nor the odd smell of Europe.

From the preparation of the coffee to the taste of the pastry, everything was spot on. Know that this isn't a corporate coffee house so leave your Starbucks expectations at the door. This is what coffee is meant to be about. It's how it started and the love of coffee it continues, for those with discerning taste.

The deserts were made not just to perfection. They were made with love. If you want to see and experience people that love whether they do then stop in here. I wish they sold that magic I'd take a bag home with me.

Reallyyyy incredible cafe! Organic homemade flavors make the coffees unique and baked goods to die for. I had the turmeric chia tea latte, and my bf had the cappuccino. We absolutely loved both. We also enjoyed a guava cheesecake (the best cheesecake I've ever had in my life...and I've had many) and the lilikoi bar. The pastrami panini with asiago cheese was perfectly made and big enough to share. The service is also worth mentioning. Two super cheerful and sweet gentlemen that were happy to serve us their recipes that they are clearly proud of (and should be proud of). I'm definitely coming back here.

Very sad to hear that this place is closing! We were fortunate to be able to enjoy their food and service one last time. The coffee and food was delicious. Everything is freshly made with love. The restaurant is very cute and tidy. The service is top notch. I will miss this place but am very happy for the owners! Wishing them all the best!

Amazing place to have your morning coffee and pastries. My personal favorite was the lilikoi cheesecake and bar!
The service is excellent and fast.
