I eat at raising canes a lot but my recent visit was terrible. The workers were extremely aggressive and rude from the moment I walked in. When I tried to ask a simple question about my order, one of the employees snapped at me and rolled their eyes. The atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable, like the staff didn’t want anyone there. My food was rushed and the chicken was dry I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant before. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location

I like canes cuz it’s quick, cheap, and consistent. But the ice machine at the soda fountain in this location has been broken for over a month now and the soda has little to no carbonation. I’ve said something to the employees every time I come in and nothing seems to have been done about it.

Came to this location after a great experience in Kapolei. Orders a kids meal for my son specifically as the menu says with milk.and one for me After paying for my meal they didn’t get my name for the order. I asked for milk and she said we’re out. She was very kind and apologetic and even offered to check in the back. They didn’t have it. My son doesn’t drink anything but water or milk. No offer to refund or change the order.
I give the female employee a 5 star for service but a fail for the leaders who don’t fulfill their promise to their customers.
