The soft fillet fillet was fried to a crispy texture, and the sour Aurora sauce that came with it matched perfectly and was absolutely delicious.

I think it's pretty safe to report that my child is an absolute fan of Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers. Just another bit to add onto her daddy's spot-on similarities!! After having this a few days ago, my picky eater made the request to have "chicken & dip w/ French fries" all over again. Since our fam was in the mood for something a little more low key, we headed to the closest food court and went about fulfilling our individual cravings. I placed an order for The 3 Finger Combo which included: 3pc Chicken Fingers, crinkle cut fries, toast, coleslaw, and a drink. Food: Bread didn't taste fresh, hence the so-so rating that clearly could have been better. The chicken was moist and meaty. 3 stars overall. Not our fave location for Raising Cane's due to the lack of fresh items provided but it does the job.

Good luck ordering, they will just give out your food without confining who's who. Food is exceptionally warm and fresh. Careful though your sauce is thrown inside and it will spill all over your bag and food. Service was horrible. Can you imagine picking up an order and they just give it out without asking your name or receipt? At least the one on king street has better customer service. They need to retrain everyone at Ala Moana location. Sorry but it's the truth.

Ala Moana Food Court Street level is very crowded tonight. I dared to venture here to redeem my free Cane's 4 piece box combo. I had signed up awhile back for the card and I received an email informing me that the combo meal is now loaded on my card gratis! There was a 30 day period given to redeem. I encountered a long line, and when I reached the cashier, he met me with a smile and I informed him of the free combo. He was extremely polite and needed assistance from the manager. Both were very nice, even with the long line of people behind me. Service was 5 out of 5 stars. Everything was executed perfectly and I received my 4 piece combo with two Cole slaw orders, crinkle fries and a drink. All gratis! The chicken tenders were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The fries were hot and fresh. The Cole slaw was on the sweeter side. Food rated a 4 out of 5 stars. Ambiance was 2 out of 5. This food court was a mess. Spilled drinks on the table. Food on the table and floors. Over crowded and therefore way too much noise.

Really good but it is very expensive. The three finger combo is very good. Fries, chicken, Texas toast, and their sauce. Also the line is so long just to get your order. Over all pretty good fast food place!

The bread was soaked in oil and had no taste, and the chicken was pickled without any crunchiness. I failed with both Charlie's Cheese Steak and this at Ala Moana Center.
They shrunk the sauce size 60% and increased the prices. there's no way I'm going back, canes used to be my go to back then but now it's not worth it. they're taking advantage at this point and it's obvious due to long lines of tourists that don't know any better. Why anyone would wait in a line of 30 people for a 4 piece nugget at this point is beyond me. At least they still had the post Malone cups...
