Seriously bad attitude.
It was nice to be able to rent a stroller by showing my Rakuten card, but after leaving my wallet with the card in my husband's hands, I returned to the lounge with the intention of returning the stroller after playing in the sea.
However, if I don't have a Rakuten card, I won't be able to return it. Do you have an exchange ticket? What on earth are the exchange tickets for?
I couldn't wait in the lounge until my husband arrived, so I had to wait outside for a long time with my 2-year-old child and my large luggage.
When I was unloading my luggage from the stroller, I was asked to show my Rakuten card first.
Since we have small children, we have to make arrangements as well.
The staff all look grumpy and are stricter than in Japan. The bobbed head office is very high-pressure and impossible.
By the way, the massage chair is old and not comfortable at all.
The attitude of the workers towards the children was the worst. I won't go there again even if it's free. If you are creating a children's space, please consider how to accommodate children.

I told them at the entrance that I would like to use the massage chair that I used when I was wandering around Waikiki, and they asked if I would like to use it once a day at the Ala Moana and Waikiki stores. That is...
I don't have to say that much, but I only use it once...In the past, you had to get a coin at the counter at the entrance and use the massage chair, but now you can take off your shoes and when you're ready, you can use the massage chair at the top right corner. Please press the black button to call an employee. I wish it was easier last time...Also, I'm worried about the aging of the massage chair...I hope it will be new.The massage chair in a certain lounge was much better. . I hope it improves.

Thank you very much for your help during my stay in Hawaii.
Overseas, there are no places where you can relax because you can't speak Japanese, but this is a place where you can feel at ease because the Japanese staff will help you.
Rakuten card holders can take a one-hour break at this facility.
When you visit for the first time, you will receive wet tissues that you will need in Hawaii.
In addition to receiving one can of beverage, you can also purchase one drink from the coffee maker.
In addition, there are restrooms, Wi-Fi, a massage chair that I didn't use, and a play area for young children.
The same facility is also available at Ala Moana Center, but the differences are as follows.
・The International Marketplace store is about twice as spacious.
・The International Marketplace store has more types of drinks that can be brewed with a coffee maker, and cold drinks are also available.
Staff's attitude is too bad
I feel so uncomfortable
I keep glancing at the intercom while talking.
scared
The woman who looked like a part-time worker standing in front of the drink bar and chatting was really creepy.
I'm not suited for the hospitality industry.
Convenient and clean restrooms.
My elderly mother, who was with me, liked the massage chair and used it several times.
It was such a bad place that I didn't want to give it even one star.
The room is clean, but the staff is very rude.
It said that it was OK to warm up baby food, so I asked if they could warm up food for infants aged 18 months, and at the reception they said it was OK, but when I brought it in, they said they couldn't heat anything other than baby food. , 3 people kept asking me if it was really for children, and if I really wanted to eat here. When I said no and said it was fine if I couldn't heat it up, they had a bad attitude and said they would accept it, but they kept coming around the table to check on me, making me feel uncomfortable and like I was being watched. If a child dropped any food particles, they would say, ``Oh my god, they can't believe it,'' and even though we picked it all up and wiped it down, they treated us with a very unpleasant attitude.
There is also a kids' corner, but when children raised their voices, we were asked to leave the lounge because it was too noisy.
There are massage chairs, but only 2 out of 5 can be used properly. Two of them were broken and unusable, but there was no guidance, and the other one had deteriorated seats, but they were later told that it could not be used and were moved, and they were also serviced. I was told that this was done by It was so bad that I thought if the staff's attitude was that bad, they should just ban children and charge a fee to use the lounge.
I made the mistake of coming because I didn't have to use it, but I thought it was a great opportunity. This is my worst memory of Hawaii. After that, the whole family's mood deteriorated and the trip was ruined.
It's such a bad memory that I want to cancel all Rakuten services. If anyone is reading this review, I recommend that you don't go, especially if you are traveling with children. It's free, I have a credit card, I'm here, I can get juice, there's a kids corner, etc., but I went there thinking that my precious trip to Hawaii was going to be ruined.

If you are a Rakuten card holder, you can use it for free even if you are not a paid member.
This is a great lounge that allows up to five people to accompany you. It's only for one hour, but you can take your time while walking around town.
In addition to canned juice, you can also enjoy coffee and tea. I made an iced vanilla latte, and it tasted just as good as the one at the cafe. It was actually delicious?
Kid-friendliness: There is a children's space.
Must be accompanied by an adult.

It's located in Waikiki's International Marketplace, so it's very convenient, although it's limited to 1 hour.
I didn't want to spend much time on my trip to Hawaii. The staff was so kind and helpful that it was worth getting a Rakuten card to use the lounge.
I would like to recommend it to everyone.
Kid-friendliness: There is a space for children to play inside. My one and a half year old grandson was so absorbed in playing that he cried a lot when I moved in the middle of the room.

For now, if you have a Rakuten card, this is the point you should visit.
It is available for free.
Only for 1 hour.
It is highly rated that you can leave your luggage with us, but we will not be able to leave your luggage unless you provide us with your email address, telephone contact information, and accommodation. Well, we need to take measures against people who have bad manners.

It's located in the International Market Place in the middle of Waikiki, and I used it many times during my stay.
Best of all, it's clean. Although there are various restrictions (staying within 1 hour, etc.), it is a very convenient place to take a break.
