I don't know why the reviews are so good. The first bite of the noodles is just okay, but you will find it very greasy after eating it. The chef's fee is charged to the customers? I have never eaten in such a restaurant. It's disgusting. The pork has never been so smelly. I can only say that it is edible but not recommended.

I ordered the dipping ramen, and it was fantastic in terms of flavor. Both broths had a unique tanginess that was very appetizing, though I couldn’t quite pinpoint the exact flavor. The noodles were thick and chewy, which I really enjoyed. The ramen was excellent overall, and the service was friendly and attentive.
The main downside is the pricing. There is a small kitchen fee added as a percentage of the sale, which I found a bit tacky. Typically, kitchen costs should already be included in the menu prices. Here, the fee was presented separately, and it was not clear upfront. It was only noted on the bill that it is not a tip. The amount is minor, but it should have been included in the listed price. It feels a bit misleading to customers when it is not disclosed beforehand. I would prefer transparency upfront.

This place is descent Ramen. The people are nice food was ok. They do have a “ kitchen fee” . This was a first for me . It was about $1.50. Next thing you know they will have a table fee, chop stick fee, or a napkin fee.

Thicker noodles and goooooood thick and spicy broth. Kimchee ramen good level of spice and balance. Plenty of food, if you are a big eater get the large but you might go into food coma after. Otherwise stick with regular size.

I ordered the green onion tonkotsu ramen and my partner ordered the spicy bario ramen with egg. My broth was salty and greasy and the charsiu was partially cold. My partner’s noodles were thick and tough, and his charsiu was cold too. The check came and they charged us for a unknown kitchen fee. Definitely not coming back

Was looking for a quick ramen spot and found this place. Got a regular sized Bario Ramen, which was perfect as it was extremely filling. The broth was delicious and you could tell that their noodles were made to a higher quality. They do top it off with a generous amount of bean sprouts, which pair very well with the soup.
Would recommend!

The place is always packed but they never accommodate anyone that’s not asian. If you are a tourist prepare to be treated horribly. You are not carted to at all. But the food is decent. The workers are always hostile which was so uncomfortable. My advice is to just take your food togo.

$25 a bowl of ramen is wild. I just ordered the preset #3 which said $16 on the menu but I assume I’m paying for the toppings so it came out to $25. But I didn’t choose to build my ramen I picked a preset so why the price discrepancy? Not sure. Super misleading firstly. I thought it was $16 preset.
I get my ramen in a take out container when she asked me dine in or to go, I said dine in.
The ramen itself was confusing as well. The ramen noodle is like Lo Mein, but at least it was cooked right. The char siu was the villain of the dish. SUPER DRY and salty. Broth was salty but flavorful so that was pretty good.. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Portion was good, but the more I ate, the worse it got.

Really good ramen located in the Stix Asia food court of the Waikiki Shopping Plaza. I got the Bario Spicy Egg Ramen, which was tasty, with a nice rich broth. The charsiu was super-tender and flavorful. Service was prompt and friendly. It's pretty expensive ($23 for a regular bowl), but I guess that's just the unfortunate reality of eating out these days. There's plenty of underground parking attached to the shopping plaza, and you can get 2 hours free if you spend >$20 and get your ticket validated.
