Let me say that I love this place and the food tastes amazing. My wife and I are probably one of their most frequent customers ordering almost weekly on uber eats. That being said, they mess up our orders just shy of 50% of the time. Sometimes we're missing the extra egg in our ramen other times we're missing a whole item that we ordered like gyoza. I love this place but I just wish they would double check food before it goes out for delivery because there's no convenient way to correct mistakes with uber eats and it's disappointing when you're excited for your food and it's not prepared properly.

Best ramen I’ve had and the garlic slices made it superb.
Staff was very friendly and they have a parking lot, not the hugest though so best to go early. We went around 12PM.

Got severe food poisoning, we didn’t eat anything that day and right after eating in onoya we started vomiting and having diarrhea. I even have fever for 2 days straight.
Called the manager for a refund but they won’t believe me, refused for the refund.
Never eat there again

Impeccable service coupled with amazing food. I come from Irvine so we got good ramen but damn not like this. The atmosphere was cozy and homie. No obligation to dress up all fancy. Just a good focus on service and food. Employees are really cool, nice and helpful. We even watched the Max Holloway BMF fight on our phones. Def check this place out whether it’s for good vibes or great food.

The food was great. Great broth. Pork belly was good. Not too thin but not thick. ~6-8mm. The kids ramen is also nice. I was lucky to find a spot in the parking. Where I was sitting I didn’t get any fan wind so I was very hot and towards the end of the meal it was border line not comfortable. My wife and kids were directly into wind so no complaint. Ceiling light shade could get some little dust cleaning.

The sign says they close at 10. I went there at 935 and was told the kitchen closes at 930. Vert unprofessional. Bad service at the king st location.

Wonderful black tonkotsu ramen—rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The waitlist terminal was available, but the staff didn’t seem to use it, so it’s best to grab a seat and wait. Great prices and friendly service.

Really great food, service, atmosphere, and prices. Definitely the best black tonkotsu ramen I've ever had, same with the calamari.

Only Ramen I have had in Hawaii but the best ramen I have ever tasted. We were on vacation from Maryland. I have had ramen in MD and DC but it never tasted as good as this place. Small restaurant, okay service, delicious food.

The food is delicious and not too expensive. The combo is a great value, I got the spicy ahi don + ramen combo and upgraded to the Special Tonkotsu Ramen. Staff is always friendly and service is fast -- most of the food comes out fairly quickly as well. There's also a good variety of options.
The restaurant is really cute and cozy but the only reason I'm not rating 5 stars is because the table tops are all REALLY wobbly. We've been here several times and every table we've sat at has been super loose. I'm not usually a stickler for these sorts of things, but the table tops are so loose that just resting your arm on them is enough to make them move up and down like a see saw. I think if this was fixed the experience would be a full 5 stars.

My Hawaiian friend recommended this place to me as her favorite ramen spot, and now I understand why. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and welcoming. The staff was attentive and kind, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
The kids menu was great and came with a choice of gyoza or Japanese fried chicken. We ended up getting both for our two little girls, and they loved it. The portions were just right, and the flavors were spot on for their tastes. My husband and I both ordered the spicy ramen and decided to go for level five, the spiciest option. I honestly didn’t expect Japanese ramen to be that hot—and I’m someone who loves spicy food—but they really delivered. It was the spiciest ramen I’ve ever had, and still absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and full of flavor, and the spice didn’t overpower it, which I appreciated.
My husband also tried the sake and enjoyed it alongside the meal, which made the experience feel even more special. Everything from the food to the atmosphere felt thoughtfully done. We truly enjoyed our time here and can see why it’s a favorite for locals. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

We came to try some quality ramen and this didn't disappoint. They had many vegetarian options which was a pleasant surprise. The original Tonkatsu is a must try. Definitely recommend this place for vegitarians, foodies or people looking for good hearty food. Made me feel like I was in Japan.
