I had the black ramen . Decent ramen . Pork and egg well cooked . Broth thickness and noodle textures are all good . However, The broth has a bitter/burnt flavor to it .

Went for the first time with my husband and the service was mid. The lady helping us got our order wrong and afterwards a young guy was nicer to us. That made us to not want to come again there are so many ramen places that have better service. The food was good.

Tonkotsu tan tan men was delicious. But I did not enjoy the atmosphere here. I was barely there for 45 minutes and felt rushed already to pay and get out. Two staff kept coming to the table to check, while I was still eating.
Tables aren’t clean. And you definitely don’t want to sit by the inside corner, right under the AC system, where water from condensation drips. Another reviewer wrote about this place being hot inside; that is true. It was almost uncomfortable dining here. And very VERY noisy.
Parking is also awful. Get there early, as the lot is tiny, and people doing laundry next door will be parked there a while. So good luck finding a spot in Kapahulu. And also dealing with impatient drivers that just want to pick up their pizza next door.
In summary, while the ramen is delicious, coming here may not be worth the inconveniences.

Had a reservation @7pm. Came in on time and before another party walked in. (Other party had no reservation) Staff didn’t acknowledge us and sat the other party down before us. Now they’re saying we would have to wait after our reserved table was taken from us. Very unprofessional, and no point in having a reservation if they’re prioritizing walk ins.

I really enjoyed my meal and the staff was very nice. I got the vegan tan tan and it was the perfect amount of spice for me personally. 4 vegan options for ramen clearly marked on menu.

We ordered via Doordash and it arrived warm and delicious.
Very authentic and it comes with a great bowl that keeps the noodles separated from the broth which is perfect.
